I visit here several times per week to use the diving well.I wish they cleaned the pool deck thoroughly and regularly as well as the diving boards and platforms.I recommend flip flops/shower sandals until you enter the water

Cold, but the diving boards are great. Everything else is great for me but the only problem is that the pool is really cold.

After several months due to COVID-19, my daughter could continue her progress in swimming here. Hope for better and brighter days. This place has everything you may need to meet a dynamic swimming area.

I go there with my young kids for the family swim times. It's clean the lifeguards and workers are great and it's only 9 bucks for my wife, 2 kids and myself. I go there often and will continue to go.

I absolutely love this pool. I come here every week for lane swimming. The air temperature, the water temperature is always perfect. It's large and spacious, tons of lanes to swim in and really clean. So impressed with this centre.

Website schedule very off, said it was open for lane swimming but wasn’t. When we got there they informed us it would be open at 1:30, so we waited, then 1:30 came and still it was closed. Then they said it would be open at 2:00 PM. Time is essence my friends, unbelievable!!!

I've been in London for 10 years and never visited the pool. But unfortunately, there are a couple of downfalls. It's probably really good for training, it's large and clean. But for family and tots, you can find elsewhere more accommodating.Water was FREEZING for parent and tots swim. We didn't last 45 min, our boys were shivering and turning blue. And the pool was shallowed? I was told the depth was not usually this weird, almost waist high depth. It wasn't deep enough to stand with our children but not shallow enough to let our kids unsupervised, so we were all kind of half hunched over the whole time holding our tots in the water. It's not a great depth for grandparents and who have bad knees, like my buddy who had knee surgery. They also brought out the stairs but never actually put it in the water (maybe depth dependant?). So we had to somehow jump in the pool while holding onto our babies. And I didn't like walking about a flight of stairs with a baby/kids too to get to change rooms. I thought that was so odd.For training and older kids, maybe worth thr visit.

Staff seem very nice. Pool is very big and the facility has lots of space. It is however very dirty. Probably the dirtiest pool I have ever been too (as an avid swimmer, I have been to a lot). There are hair elastics all over the woman’s shower area (we came a week ago and I noticed them, they are still there this week!). Gross pink sticky stuff all over the bleachers. The floor deck is also filthy. I think they need to hire more cleaning staff or better cleaning staff.

Olympic size pool with many diving boards at different levels. They also has aqua fit program during days, popular among older folks. Big enough to accommodate both lane swimming and recreation swim at same time. They do have a shallow pool for toddlers at certain times at days. Hot water whirlpool is under maintenance right now. Shower rooms and changing rooms are normally well maintained. Very accommodating to people with different needs like disability. They do have lockers to keep your belongings however you can keep your bag at the bench near the pool if you don’t have a lock. They do sell swimming equipment except the swimsuits.

Most professional and well-maintained swimming pool in London. The environment is nice and there are numerous lifeguards to help you feel safe. It is only opened for recreational swims during specific times so keep this in mind. In the womenswear shower they have individual shower stalls with curtains as well, just remember to bring your own lock for the storage.
