Run out of normal coffee cups and lids. For a simple item waiting time is 15 min. Gave me a huge cup with half filled americano. Found a piece of plastic in coffee… this is gross

They'll overcharge you and say it's tax. I spoke to the owner and he said the same thing. He showed me the screen and it looks like they increased the price in the system but the prices on their menu is incorrect. Probably won't come back because the owner cant even own up to his mistake and say they've increased the prices but haven't updated the menu. Just kept saying it was tax. Ridiculous. Even the worker wouldn't give me my receipt when I asked for it.

Attended a 1st birthday party yesterday and they had a large order of pretzels. They were incredibly fresh and delicious! Dips, packaging, sizes - everything was super impressive. Such a great idea!

Tasty snack for on the go! Once I heard auntie Anne’s was no longer, it was so sad.Then when I saw mr pretzels come in, it was such a blessing and more so when my kids say I’m craving for pretzel!The pretzel was soft and we had the little hot dog pretzel bites, so the saltiness of the dog balanced nicely with the pretzel!Service was quick and accurate and with a decent sized lineup too!Great job overall!Follow me on IG @thirst_and_taste for better pics, vids and more amazing content!

Great taste, large variety on the menu and prices are pretty decent. The customer service was fantastic. The two guys working there were very kind, efficient and got your order done incredibly fast. Great place to have a mid-shopping snack. Definitely recommend.
