They were great! we went for my friend's wedding I was the best man. we got fitted for suits the person fitting me seemed a little shy that being said I am like a very large personality so I was cracking jokes and such not everybody you know is reacting the same way to me overall seed a great job I did have to get a new shirt when I went to pick up my suit which was kind of odd considering they measured me and that being said it was very easy to get a new shirt didn't take long at all honestly it would be five stars if it wasn't for the shirt thing because I just feel like as that is the main thing you do and you measured me you shouldn't have got it wrong the only other thing I was told when I pick my suit up I would be charged a certain amount each day it was late after Sunday I rushed everywhere Sunday I still couldn't make it so I called to make them aware I would drop it off on Monday and the gentleman on the phone informed me that late charges haven't been the thing for a little bit so I just very confused my best friend's wife then called me the next day to see if I needed her to drop it off I said no no problem and apparently they told her the same thing about late charges so those would be my only things that I would say need to be addressed but I totally would recommend

I have been a customer for quite some time. I am completely pleased with the staff and their service at this particular location. They always listen and are always willing to assist. Moore's Clothing for Men is my favourite store and the people here know how to make provide a great retail and customer service experience!Thanks again to Ron and staff.

I love this store. There is obviously a cost to purchasing nice clothes but it makes you feel like a million dollars. They do also have regular discounts and additional bonuses for purchases that can help.offset some of the cost.

Amazing people to work with. The manager is ready to go above and beyond to make sure you are leaving happy! I have 3 boys under 9 years old that all needed to be fitted for suits for a wedding. They were patient and kind with them as well. The rental process is very simple and the return was also simple. I would do this again!

Took my oldest son to get a suit for grad. Liam was stellar, made the whole process easy and was really kind. Hooked my youngest up with some pocket squares and a lapel flower.

We just had a lovely experience suit shopping at this location! Emily was delightful, patient, helpful and professional - even in the midst of busy grad, prom and wedding season! Through the experience she provided, my young adult son learned what to look for when fitting and selecting a suit and is now well suited (pun intended!) for his upcoming events!

I came in a huge hurry, called prior to let the associate know exactly what I was looking for and he had everything picked out and waiting for me when I arrived. Spectacular customer service and attention to detail.

We made an appointment and our associate was no help at all and barely stayed with us as we tried to buy suits for a groom and wedding party. Did not get any suggestions, measures, or explanation on how it works in any way. We spent an hour and a half there until we gave up because we did not receive any assistance.

I came there to buy a suit for my graduation and the first time I came to find a suit no workers helped us or even acknowledged that we were in the store. They kept saying they were busy even though they were just standing around and even when we asked for a changing room to test a suit, they knocked on one door and said the WHOLE changing room was filled. The old man (I’m assuming he is the manager) gave us looks of disgust, and I’m unsure why but what I can say for certain was that I was accompanied by a woman wearing a hijab which says something. I’m not one to assume stuff but the other people in the store who were visibly white were treated much better as they received help. The second time I came this blonde lady was super helpful, she helped me pick out a suit and everything. I wish I got her name, but while all this was happening the same old man kept staring at her and us. At some points, he mentioned that I came to him before but I couldn’t hear the rest because I was changing. He also walked by staring at her as if to say something and even pulled her aside while I was changing and was looking at me while talking. I’m unsure if we was talking about me, but it sure felt that way with the looks he gave me. 3/5 service the blonde lady really carried this store imo.

While the north store is closer, I was in the south end today and popped into Moore's for a couple of things. The associate, Evan, was fantastic. Great personality, great product knowledge and we even had a fantastic conversation. He's skilled a building rapport with customers (a lost art today it seems) and he's absolutely deserving of a kudos. I paid my dues in retails management years ago and dealing with Evan was a pleasure.
