I was able to contact this tree service after hours and talked with Jeff in regards to a tree I had attempted to fall and it was hung up on another tree. Jeff was willing to come out immediately if the situation needed him to. I sent him pictures and we decided to deal with it in the morning. Jeff was at my door by 08:00 a.m. And promptly rectified the situation. His concern, care, and professionalism the night I first called him enabled me to relax and get a good nights sleep. His skill in dealing with the hung up tree made it look like a simple task, which it wasn’t. Hung up trees are high risk and extremely dangerous.I whole heartily give this company 5 stars.Thanks JeffSincerelyPhil Gower
