The Traveling Tickle Trunk

I’ve never been into this shop, but got caught a red light next to it. I was in the car with my mother and she thought the business was for travel luggage. Oh man. The face she made when she realized that it was an adult store (despite it being on the sign) was HILARIOUS! I was also super stoked to see the “no hate lives here” sign in the window. When I’m in the market, I’ll be stopping by!

Nothing on the store I was 2 feet over the line for the no stopping zone starting at 3:30 at 3:35 was getting $100 ticket. It’s a shame the city puts in convoluted legislation just to allow them to ticket people. I will never again shop on Whyte Avenue instead I will choose someplace that will provide a parking lot to guarantee I will not be fined!

I don't live in Edmonton and my husband and I drove out of our way to come to your shop today. When we entered the store we were asked if we were there for pick up. We were told the store was actually closed and she had too much inventory to help us. Google shows the store hours as open and so were the doors. We were hoping to touch and feel the selection but I'll take my business elsewhere. Even after telling the woman we were from out of town she didn't want to help us. Too bad.

Great queer friendly store with lots of selection.. the staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. My favorite toy they carry is the Hitachi. They also had classes precovid hoping those return soon

The store is very clean and bright; the staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and they made us feel safe and comfortable to ask questions. Would highly recommend this store, especially if this is your first time visiting one!

SO RUDE!I asked if they carried a specific type of lube and the grumpy sales associate said they did not. I informed her that I've purchased it many times there before. She informed me again that they didn't. I told her they 100% did as I remember buying them from there for myself and other people I know many many times but given that it was a while ago I'd understand if she didn't remember. She persisted her argument and said they 100% did not ever carry it!I went home and found the receipt of the bottle my friend still has on her nightstand. IT WAS 100% from The Tickle Trunk.So the next time you, being right and making your customers feel uncomfortable emerges... check yourself and consider the point of the conversation. 1. I was recommending a great product that you could pick up(restock) and that other customers would find helpful. And2. That I want to buy it from you... YOUR store and I want to support you. The least you could do was be upfront and tell me you didn't want my business rather than being rude.Message received though. NEVER RETURNING.

The selection is good. Prices are fair. However most of the sales associates I have encountered are rather rude. They tend to be quite cold towards and questions you may have, and will seldom look up from the computer when you enter the store. The location is LGBTQ friendly which is a plus.

A little while ago I purchased a product from here and it didn't work properly. They have an exchange only policy so I got a new one and had the same issues. I knew it wasn't the stores fault so I contacted the company that made the product and they were NOT helpful at all! I ended up working something out with the owner and she was amazing! She ended up doing a return and was super kind and understanding about it! Definitely will be coming here again!

Staff is nice and helpful, but products are not good quality (particularly the electronic products if you will). Vibe did not work after first couple of uses and whilst they have a return policy, I personally feel bad returning something I've used intimately, even if it was once or twice. It's the most frustrating thing ever when you go to use such a product and it just won't work, or work sometimes and doesn't other times. I won't be purchasing electronic products from them again and would not recommend them either. I'm sure their other products are great though I haven't tried.
