I've had a business with this shop for long time, and I was pretty satisfied.But sindec sometime,,, about a few months, their practice and attitude have been changed to bad side dramatically.I brought my car for air conditioner fix, as it wasn't working.I had THAT air conditioner fixed there year ago, but it happened again.They charged me $89.05 for diagnosis ONLY, as they will not have A/C tehnician for a while.This is just one example .....No more this place...

We have now taken our van here a few times for minor repair, oil changes, and now a major repair. They will never do any work without first letting you know what needs to be done and how much it will cost. Their estimate has never been less than the actual end cost, which is always really nice. They are very considerate of all your needs and take great care to inform you of everything that is going on and are sure that you make the final decision about what work gets done, and which price -point of parts you wish to have used. They are very courteous and very great business to work with! We will continue to bring our vehicle to Tower Automotive to have any work done.

I took my car to.this place for second opinión on engine light.i called first they quote $20When.i picked up they charge $120. They charge for a new oíl cup lid and I notice is the same lid that I had with my car I don't recomend This place to anyone they ripp you off.The previous garage that diagnose my car charge me $40 for diagnose and estimate a new motor for $ 3,000 which is $2000 less than Towers estimate.Stay away ftom this place

They did work on my car and made my alignment much worse where I could have easily had a car accident with the poor rear end alignment. This place of business would not do me the courtesy of offering to fix their mistake for a reduced place. I took my car elsewhere and will not go here again for their rudeness and zero accountability attitude.
