I booked a session with this office nearly a month in advance to become a new patient. I am informed the day prior to my meet and greet with my doctor that they are not accepting new patients anymore. A simple way of not wasting my time would have been to only book appointments for the appropriate number of new patients that the doctor is willing to accept, but instead I receive one day notice when I could have been looking for other doctors in the meantime. Extremely unprofessional behavior and no apology was offered for the inconvenience by the staff. If you can find anywhere else to seek medical guidance or assistance, do so.

Very busy when I went and long wait for walk-ins but Dr. K always takes times to listen to you and you never feel rushed out. He is always my go-to doctor when I can't get into my family doctor quick enough. Plus the receptionist seemed very busy but a special shout out that she was extra understanding to some of the elderly patients on the phone and at the clinic. It would be a 5 star if I didn't have such a long wait but it's understandable.

Both receptionist and dr cannot even look you in the eye while there.Receptionist shows no interest in doing what she’s doing, reclines in the chair on her cell phone. Seems like you are a burden to them while you are there. You are an “appointment” not a patient.

This is the WORST clinic in Regina! The receptionist told me to take my shoes off (which I have no problem with) yet she let the guy beside me keep his on! I told her that everyone should be treated the same! She ended up banning me from the clinic because I spoke up? She has a terrible attitude and is very rude to patients. You have be warned! She is totally unreasonable and so is the owner. DON'T SUPPORT THIS CLINIC! Would give a 0/5 if I could.

If I could give it a negative star I would. After trying to call 5 times and waiting on hold for almost an hour i tried going down there to see if i could get an appointment with my family doctor. Current hours are Mon-Fri 9:00a.m.-5:00p.m. 1:45pm on Monday and front doors are locked. Don't go here, it is the worst.

My Dad's appointment was at 3 PM. Didn't see his doctor until 4 PM. We were on time and not late. Doctor is friendly and knowledgeable. First time I've met him. He thoroughly explained my Dad's medical conditions to me.

Due to the constant lieing and lack of ownership on my family doctor at my last visit.Even though he was me and my 4 boys favorite doctor.His ego is too high for our expectations.We regret to inform you that you are fired as our family doctor.I hope you treat your next family patients with better ownership and honesty.If you would like to pursue this further, I will gladly share my recorded video of him lieing and being unprofessional to my face.

Scheduled an appointment, for 12:45. I arrived before then and waited until 1:40 when I was finally called in. I was there to get a refill on a prescription and a referral to a psychiatrist. Dr. Kalijaye told me he could refill my prescription but I would have to book an appointment to get a referral because he had no time, our conversation lasted a total of 1 and a half minutes. I have already called another office and set up an appointment with a competent doctor :)

I have been a patient here for almost 10 years and I can say without a second thought that this is one of the best clinics around. the Doctors are second to none. People that complain, should check themselves. There is a reason this clinic is very busy and it is not for lack of doing their jobs. Thank for all you do

Worst experience:Receptionist doesnt not care at all. Being a sick person We need extra care and warm welcome. She needs to work on her skills.and doctor was not even listening properly.
