I called this company to get an estimate for a sizeable commercial job and was transferred to a Paul Norris (Mr. Norris) for assistance. I explained the job to Mr. Norris and he was very enthusiastic about the job and provided an appointment time for the estimate. I explained to Mr. Norris that it is the policy of our company to get three quotes prior to proceeding with a job.I left an urgent meeting in order to make the appointment and over the course of the next couple of hours explained the job to Mr. Norris while he took all the necessary measurements. At the end of the appointment, he was still quite enthusiastic about moving ahead with the job and promised to provide the estimate asap.Three days later, I receive an email from Mr. Norris that he is not interested in taking any bid work at this time." I just wanted to take a minute to applaud our sales rep Paul Norris, who was really fantastic to work with - probably the best that we’ve experienced, honestly. He speaks highly about the values of his employers and he acts with integrity. We had more than a few hiccups with installation, but it felt comfortable to figure it out with Paul, who always made himself available if questions came up. It made the experience with a job that took too long and an installer that was messy and sporadic tolerable. Teach a course on customer service, Paul!
