Got my starter replaced while on a roadtrip in BC in 2021after my car wouldn’t start. Sure he got the job done quickly but 2 years later the starter failed again and replaced. My usual trusted Mechanic said it was a very cheap starter motor part therefore it failed early. Sure he’s a great mechanic if you live in the area but I see now he was just trying to make a quick buck off a young traveller who needed help
