Great place to buy any Pain management device . Bought a TENS machine for my grand Mother and the staff called my grand mother and helped her to set up the machine so she can use it. Which is very appreciative. Thank you guys

Thanks Sunny for your Google reply. If you are truthful you could have supplied a missing serial number from our purchase documents. Unfortunately you wouldn't and said you couldn't. You continue to confuse and misrepresent the situation so as not to honour the warranty. Our business has gone elsewhere. Buyers beware.

I have been dealing with Mediline Enterprises from the past 3 years. They have diverse product offerings and competitively priced. If I ever had any issues, it was dealt professionally and I am content with the service. Definitely recommend them for your physio needs. Go Check Them Out!

This place is a real disappointment and employs unethical business practices that are borderline scamming. The manager of this place cannot be trusted.I asked my brother to order a bath bench for me along with his other purchases right before Christmas as gift. The chair ordered was supposed to be a single bath bench by itself, black in color. When he went to pick it up, he was given a bath bench with transfer, grey in color by the manager of this place. A totally different product that was never ordered and also it does not work well in a bath tub. Of course this was not obvious as it was in a box. We only found out of the switch when we tried to put it together. Before we placed the order, we had asked this particular manager if he had this product. He answered yes even though he knew that he did not have the one we wanted. Instead he has an undesired product. So he decided to get rid of this product from his warehouse instead.The manager was contacted the next day and he promised to order the right one for us and that we would get a phone call by Dec 24. That was Dec 23. Today is Jan 4, not only that we didn't get any call, we didn't even get a reply when we tried to contact him. It does not look like we are going to get the product exchanged to the right one. We are stuck with a useless product. This is like a third world practice, right here in Canada.If you are contemplating purchasing products from this place, know that once money left your credit card, you are at the mercy of this unethical businessman.

My experience at Physio supplies Canada has been nothing short of excellent. As a Physio, I look for solid products for my clients, that are priced well, with an administrative process that is seamless - and this is what I found here. Sunny and his team run a tight ship, great products, and have prices that can't be beat. Thanks guys.

This is the first time I ever posted feedbacks. Normally I do not have the time to go online and spend additional 15 minutes of my time to post comments about a particular place. In addition, I am currently very busy at work. But I feel that this time I really need to share my experiences. I have purchased therapeutica pillows from this place before and had pleasant experience dealing the check out and picking up products. The price is also reasonable. So, its almost Christmas and I decided to do last minute shopping by buying therapeutic pillows as gifts. I need a total of 7 pillows (2 small and 5 average size) plus a bath chair and some physio clays. Its a major purchase. So I decided to call this place up and asked if they would give me some discounts as it would come to close to a grand of business. The manager of the place answered my call and agree to give me the discount that they normally give to a clinic which is 10%. So i decided to go ahead with the purchase. The manager checked his supplies and told me that I can come to pick my orders the next day. When i come to pick up the order, I realized that I made a mistake in placing the order. I ordered 5 large pillows instead of average ones. So I told the staff at the store of the mistake. No problems, they have the average ones for me. The manager himself brought out my orders. I expected him to mention about giving me the refund as the price difference between a large and average pillow is $10 each for a total of $50. Nope he didnt mention a word. After i bring it up, he said he will process the refund later in the evening. I thought, ok fine. When I got home, expecting that he had processed the refund. Not a chance. The entire evening, nothing. When I opened the box containing the bath chair, he had given me the wrong product. It turned out that he didnt have the one I want and give me something else that I didnt order. Day number two, I informed the store that I did not receive my refunds. No problems they will process it now. Next thing I know is an email informing me of a refund of $11. You gotta be kidding me. Its $50 not $11. When I spoke to the manager that I was to get $50, he said that the difference between the large and average size is only $2 for a total of $10 for 5. When I confronted him that the price difference as posted on the website is $10, he said that No

I bought braces from them and was amazed to see the quality of product that they have. After that I ordered multiple products and all came in great price.

This is my go-to store for Phsyio supplies! I ordered the heat packs and the tens machine a while ago and I really like the quality of the products! The website is very user-friendly so it's easy to order online. Will highly recommend this place!! :)

One of the best physio supply I ever seen. They have wide range of products with a very reasonable price. The service is extremely tremendous. I bet you never get cheaper price than they offer..They have wide range of stuff for all ages, and for both men and women. I am totally happy and keep ordering on their site.

We ordered from them initially because they offered to help customize a large order for us. Purchased one large unit initially but when the wrong components came it was a difficult process to get a hold of them. They ended up telling us that they would not fully refund us and would charge us surprise restocking fees if we were unsatisfied with the order. If ordering simple things, the site is fine but for any large clinics or enterprises looking for long term suppliers, there are better options out there. Cheap prices are related to cheap service.
