We recently completed a major renovation of our condo. Our first impression of Stuart and his team was very positive at our initial meeting and we were happy with the professionalism, responsiveness, workmanship and good communication throughout the project. Although most of the trades were excellent, especially the custom millwork, the tilers, carpenter and electrician, when we had an issue with the quality of the work of one of the painters, Stuart immediately contacted them and arranged to have the company redo the work with a new painter and we were happy with the final result looking great (at no extra cost to us) The process was easy from start to finish and we really love the final result. It was a total transformation of our dated 20 year condo. We would highly recommend Windsor Wolves.

I had the good fortune of being connected with Stuart and Windsor Wolves through my interior designer. She recommended him highly, and I quickly learned why. He's an absolute professional who is completely committed to delivering a positive experience and outstanding results to his clients. We used his services to install a custom fireplace built-in with marble tile surround. It was the first renovation project for my wife and I, having just purchased our first home. We had no experience and didn't know what to expect, but we were put at ease and filled with confidence as Stuart deftly managed every aspect of the project; a project that involved custom millwork, sourcing a multitude of materials, and scheduling and managing a skilled team of tradespeople. And when unexpected challenges arose during the project his calm, level-headed approach to problem solving was very reassuring. He also went above and beyond for us, by fixing various small deficiencies in our new home that were a constant source of frustration for my wife and I. At the end of the project we were incredibly happy with the results -- we told him as much when he scheduled a follow-up meeting 2 weeks later to ensure we were satisfied and ask for feedback on any areas of improvement in how he handled our project. Needless to say our feedback was effusive! Stuart's professionalism, the quality of his work, the calibre of the tradespeople he engaged, and his dedication to customer service all led to a fantastic custom fireplace that absolutely transformed our living room into something special. Our 4 unit strata hired Stuart and Windsor Wolves in the spring to do some repairs to rotting fascia boards and then repaint the entire building with white trim and green stucco. I was impressed from the beginning with his professionalism and philosophy. After a careful examination of what need to be done, he gave an estimate for the project. There was concern amongst the owners regarding the cost of the painting from a a subcontractor and he was able to find another painting company with a substantially lower cost. Stuart provided a schedule and was able adhere to it, almost to the day. This in itself was most impressive when it entailed coordinating carpentry, scaffolding erection, and then painting. We were thankful many times that he was coordinating the project instead of us trouble shooting and overseeing. His site manager, Matt, was at the site every day, giving us updates and staying totally on top of things, especially with the painters.In summary I can’t recommend Windsor Wolves highly enough and we would certainly use them again. They included some small repairs that we hadn’t even noticed being required. Quite honestly, I can’t think of one single criticism.

We are going through a substantial renovation, and Stu and team were great walking through options and design ideas. Their quality of work is phenomenal and the little detailed touches really finished off the reno. Couldn’t be happier with their professionalism and communication.
