They seem to have issues understanding you over the phone, and consequently entering an inaccurate information on your file. And they do not seem to view this as a concern and a learning opportunity for their staff.

If you are trying to reach them via phone for help good luck with that. Its like a mission to get a hold of them. They keep you in waiting and then hang up after an hour. I gave an extra star because they are helpful if you're able to reach them lol. You need to game up guys!!

Very disappointed with their service ESPECIALLY with trying to reach them over the phone. It's been days and I've been trying to contact them but it keeps in sending me to voicemail and I do wait for over 30 minutes JUST to be hung up???

Had to rate one star to leave a review. They post that their hours of operation are 8:30-4:30 but no operator ever picks up the phone during these times & you are forced to leave a voicemail hoping they will call back. Poorest service ever.

If you are trying to reach them via phone for help good luck with that. It is like a mission to get a hold of them. After one hour of waiting on the phone now, it's their lunchtime, another two more try Now the office is closed "..u should realize that approx. 30000 registered nurses in Alberta ..another big failure"

I’m a Canadian nurse applying to get my Alberta nurses license. I cannot get anyone on the phone to answer questions. Wait times are at a minimum 45 minutes and I’ve waited on hold for longer to only have the call drop.
