Food was great, I ordered lamb wrap with fries, tasted really nice and was fresh!! customer service can be improved for better experience.

Awesome value, healthy and tastes great. I eat at Opa often and have been to locations in multiple cities but the Bay Center, Victoria location is the best. Fresh veggies and meat, super friendly staff and quick service. Everything is delicious!

Bad attitude of the staff and righteousness when they make the wrong mealIt was a horrible experience.I went to the 4th floor of The Bay Center to dine that day. When I came to your place to order, the waiter ordered the wrong order (put the more expensive meal on the menu). Later I found out that it was wrong and asked them to change it and refund the difference, but he ( Young man) not only insisted on giving me a correct meal that I didn't want, but also angrily told me to get out...

I have worked In the mall for years and recently they have been killing it at this location. The new staff members are friendly and overall just wonderful. Also the food is amazing!

These guys are soooo good and always go above and beyond you serve you. Their Tzatziki sauce is my fave and I think I can pair it up with almost everything. Haha

Best service ever !!2 days in a row, the women and man were top notch to me, listened to what i wanted and got my order perfect thank you very much for amazing service !!! i forgot to add that i would loved to of tipped them but the machine is so old they loose on out on tips for sure...

This must be the freshest Opa branch I tried on the island. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. After eating at this branch I'm not sure if I will eat at any other branch especially the one at Woodgrove mall. Everything here was made with love ❤️ Thank you so much. Huge difference between people who love what they do and do it with love and people that just work at a franchise. I beleive I met the owner he asked me if he can give my daughter juice free of charge. He was super polite really recommended this Opa. It sure is special!
