Paul and everyone are very friendly, helpful and communicative. Quality bikes, excellent workmanship in putting it together, reasonable prices relative to the market. Would come here again.Due to Covid shipping disruptions, my bike took 14 months to arrive.

I went with my daughter to buy a bike for her. Paul was not only professional and knowledgeable but also very friendly. The bike was priced reasonsbly and the service was amazing. He insisted we come back after a month of riding to check the bike and provided a full tune up in a year. You can tell that he really takes pride in his work. I will obviously be coming back.

I am so impressed by Paul for his services and his knowledge of cycling. I have learned so much from conversations with him. I like the products he sells from Hammer Nutrition, all natural very effective and I've never encountered loss of energy or cramping when using these great products. Best of all, is Paul's personal fit for your bike. I believed in what he said and had a personal fitting and I am so better for it. It changed my ride completely and gave me more comfort and power in the right places. Its a smart fit for me. Of course the best part with Paul is really knows cycling because he competed and doesn't hesitate to impart his knowledge of useful techniques, common sense to enhance your ride! I refer people to Paul for all of these reasons. Finally after some time my new changer arrived, a new cassette was also installed. The new color handlebar tape and all the matching wire tip covers are Paul's special touch! Great workmanship! It looks brand new! Returned and picked up more apparel. This shorts the best shammy! Very comfortable!

I was out for a ride and I noticed my bottom bracket was loose. I didn't live in the neighborhood. And couldn't leave the bike. He made the time to help me out...wouldn't hesitate to bring my bike in for service.Returned to trouble shoot a noise on me Cervelo Solist Centaur. Found the issue, where other shops failed. Great caring bike mechanic.

Great bike shop/boutique, amazing customer service and workmanship. Took my bike in for some maintenance and turnaround time was as communicated. Will definitely be coming back for my bike needs. Highly recommend!!

Brought in my squeaky ebike that I'd ridden all winter through the snow and they made it good as new! Very nice and helpful!

Highly recommend! I ended up here by chance (got a flat tire in the middle of my bike ride and this place was the closest bike shop). My bike is older and a different tire so they ordered the tire in and he fixed it up very quickly! He also gave me an adapter so I could pump my tires at the gas station and told me how often I needed to.I was previously getting frustrated as I was slow on my bike but, after he fixed it, I was back to the same speed as last year! Very thankfulWill likely come back to this shop next time I need something for my bike even though it's a bit further away from me

Riding from Scarborough was passing thru Mississauga and my DI2 battery went very low so stopped at Van de Velo to buy a DI2 charger but they didn’t have one for sale.They graciously took my bike and charged it for me while I had coffee and waited.They were very friendly and provided me with such a wonderful service.Highly recommend you visit them for any of your needs as well.

Brought my once beautiful bike in to fix the loose play in the headset. Bike was in a little state of disrepair since my son has essentially taken ownership of it.Wound up getting the whole bike tuned! Paul did a fantastic job tuning everything and overhauling the majority of the bike, did some cable management, rebuilt hubs and replaced chain as it was stretched a little too far.Overall, very pleased with the service. Bike rides flawlessly, better than new! So smooth!Highly recommend!
