VMedi Spa is my go too place to feel special and pampered! The atmosphere is professional yet so fun! Just had an incredible facial done by Alicia, she is very talented and knowledgeable in regards to just what is the right skin procedure for you. I’m still glowing! I have been attending this place for quite awhile. I purchased a 6 treatment hair removal for my face and my esthetician gave me a deal on it. She has recently left there but assured me all notes were in the system and on the file, which the other estitician found and followed as well as a previous one when my regular one was off sick. After my last appointment recently with another estitician(who went and found my file and followed it), one of the owners stated they could not find my file or notes and wanted to charge me full price for it. I advised that is not what I was told and that all notes should be on file and on their system. The owner was very rude and unprofessional and when I advised I would not pay and it has not been an issue for my last 3 treatments. They advised they would only honor the partial treatments on file, that are remaining and they are out money. I advised that I am also out now to finish my treatments. I said I would follow up with my former estitician. She was surprised when I contacted her as all the info is on system and file.This is the second incident with this owner in the last few months. My previous appointment I came in very sick to see the Dr, as I was having severe breathing issues and one of their therapy" dogs nipped at me! I pointed it out to the same owner in front of other witnesses(staff) and that owner just brushed it off and was not concerned at all. I have anxiety disorder and I am now wary of their dog. I am upset to be out money(treatments) as well as lack of professionalism. The rest of the staff and other owner are great."

My experience at VMedi Spa was nothing short of extraordinary. I had been feeling quite depressed and self conscious about my appearance that had me looking at least 10 years older than friends of mine the same age. I was referred to Dr V by someone I trust, and from the moment I walked in for my initial consultation I knew I was at the right place. Dr V was extremely informative, professional, and clearly an expert in his field. He recommended a treatment plan that would address the concerns I had over the long term - I was beyond a quick fix with the sagging skin and deep lines that had formed from years of smoking, sun, and stress. Two weeks ago I had the treatment done and the change in my appearance was nothing short of amazing! I cried with joy when Dr V did the reveal" with me and will be forever grateful to him for giving me a new lease on life with a younger look on the outside and renewed confidence on the inside. I was hesitant for years with regards to botox. Dr V was informative, professional and listened to my goal and approach of having my treatment appear natural. I have seen him 3x now. He injected my forehead and creasing between my eyebrows, and it lifted my entire face, and made me appear youthful. The change in my appearance is amazing! My close friends noticed, and remarked on what a wonderful job he did, and that it didn't look obvious or overdone. The aftereffects and lift in confidence has been worth every dollar spent. Added bonus - dating has been way more fun with the subtle change and its given me a boost. If I had known the treatment would do so much more than fill some wrinkles, I would have started treatment sooner!

Had to wait 1 hour for Doctor V for results of blood work and felt ignored because nobody giving me updates as to how much wait time is left. Had to move from one chair to another and follow up. Saw few people who just walked in and got assisted and offered drinks first when I've been waiting there for over an hour. Not the best time and was excited to leave because it was exhausting. I understand that Doc V is busy and have many patients but I hope they prioritize people who booked and appointment days before rather than those who just walked in or had overlapping appointments.

I have recently been on Modify Body weight loss program which is a medically supervised diet and the weight loss has been amazing ( in a short time period). It is not only for weight loss but helps boost my metabolism and resets my hypothalamus gland!Dr. V. and Ramel have been so encouraging and help with following this diet.I have used most of the V Medi Spa services over the years(from Botox, photo facials, lip fillers)and have been very happy with the results. Want a doctor that actually spends time with you and cares about your general health and ways in which they can help you? Look no further than Dr. V. He is one of the most genuine and caring doctors I have ever crossed. I drive 3 hours from Fort Saskatchewan near Edmonton just to see him because he's that much worth it. He has helped me get my hormones back on track and drop 35 lbs in about 4.5 months by kickstarting my weight-loss journey with one of his programs. HUGE help and exactly the thing I needed to get my life back and start feeling like myself again. Kudos to you and your staff - I just love this place.
