A couple of weeks before our wedding, we decided to have Carnival Spice perform and it was one of the best decisions that we made and worth every penny. Not only was Carnival Spice highly professional, patient and accomodating, they did an outstanding job showcasing the vibrancy and beauty of Caribbean culture, engaging the crowd and getting the reception party started. All of our guests loved the performance and have not stopped talking about it since. It was definitely one of the highlights of the wedding and would recommend them for all events. I hired them for my wedding entertainment to surprise by husband and not only did they bring the best energy I could ever imagine, they had everyone up out of their seats dancing! I booked Carnival Spice for a dance performance at my wedding reception. I had a fusion wedding, I am Guyanese and my husband is Indian so I wanted to showcase a bit of the Caribbean Culture.From the time they entered the room, the crowd went WILD!!!! Their dance performance was well coordinated and the girls looked so good in their costumes. The dancers were very entertaining and engaging. In the end everyone was on the dance floor, even those I did not expect to dance.I must say Carnival Spice knows how to bring the energy and excitement to any event. On to this day, my friends and family are still raving about how fun that performance was. The soca dance performance is really something unique and different and this team knows how to get a party started!Thank you Carnival Spice for such amazing memories!!!! We had the time of our lives!!!!! I most definitely recommend Carnival Spice to anyone looking for a night to remember!

Carnival Spice performed at my wedding and were nothing short of amazing , they got the party started and shut the place down, nobody was in their seat once they started their set., people have been raving about them and asking for their contact info for their own weddings or events. I promise you using this team you can't go wrong. It started as a wedding and ended as a fete. I recently had the pleasure of working with the amazing Carnival Spice entertainers for a 50th Birthday Party I was planning. I had an idea on paper but had no blueprint on how to execute it. Once I connected with April it was smooth sailing from there. She was extremely responsive and very knowledgeable on the services offered and the type of entertainment I required. She listened to my needs and suggested an itinerary that fit perfectly for the evening. I needed models for the grand entrance as well as dancers for entertainment. April and I had open communication throughout the planning process and she ensured everything was flawless.On party day, the entertainers arrived promptly and immediately began warming up and preparing for their routines. They were professional and very organized. The entrance was a surprise for the birthday boy, who was completely enamored with his chaperons. Not only are the Carnival Spice dancers talented, they also know how to get a party started! Their performance was nothing short of amazing. Right from the beginning they had everyone engaged and managed to get them all on their feet and dancing in record time.The Carnival Spice entertainers were a pleasure to work with. I recommend their services as they are a great addition to any function. Thanks again Carnival Spice for an amazing 5 star experience!!

Carnival Spice led a dance workshop for my college dance class in December 2022. Prior to our workshop, I worked with April who facilitated the booking details and is highly professional, organized and didn’t miss a detail! Shakera taught the workshop class which was not only high energy fun, but also inclusive for various abilities and levels of dance & fitness training. Every student participated! This workshop provided students with the opportunity to experience the styles and sounds of Soca and develop an appreciation for Caribbean culture through an embodied learning experience. I highly recommend this company!

Hello Carnival Spice Team,I just wanted to offer my feedback for the Dance workshop at Maria A. Shchuka Library on July 29, 2019.Shakira was punctual and had incredible energy. She is a fantastic dancer and instructor. The children loved her. She was so energetic and willing to accommodate the young ones that were participating in the workshop.I will definitely recommend her to my colleagues and I am happy to hire her again in the future!Thank you once again for celebrating Toronto's Carnival season with the library.

We used Carnival Spice for a workplace event in Barrie and everyone was absoluetly amazed and in love with the experience. From the initial performance to the crowd interaction everyone had a blast. The City of Barrie cannot stop talking about Carnival Spice and how they came to shake things up! Big thank you to Shakera and the team for everything and everyone was so lovely to work with!

No matter what, after dancing with this group, I leave feeling energized, alive, and smiling ear to ear! Shakera, the founder, is not only and incredibly talented dancer, choreographer, and instructor, she is a beautiful soul who knows how to bring out the best in people!
