I wanted to share my review despite my daughter not buying a car today since it is rare to come across a salesperson who possesses such superb people skills to make you feel at ease. Muhammad, who assisted us today, was highly professional, genuine, and equitable. He is a valuable addition to the company, and I will undoubtedly request his assistance when I replace my car next year. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for such services.

The selection of vehicles was impressive, the prices were reasonable, and I managed to find a car that met my requirements. The staff were welcoming and cooperative, and I never felt pressured into making a purchase. The vehicle had passed all condition tests without any issues, and the procedure of purchasing was easy to follow. I would highly recommend this dealership!

BUYERS BEWARE: I personally would highly discourage purchasing a vehicle from nifty autos due to their lack of integrity, principal, & competence.I purchased a vehicle here about 5 weeks ago and I now have to pay 3k- 4k out of my own pocket to fix the vehicle. The mechanic that I have been going to over a decade have highlighted all the issues with the vehicle are not driver habit related ,but rather maintenance issues the dealer should have been aware of or made their customer aware of. Note: The check engine light came on 2 weeks into purchasing the vehicle and less that a 1K km of driving the vehicle.I went to the dealer as soon as I could and they said they would fix this. 4 weeks after purchasing the vehicle , I went to my own mechanic due to the negligent behaviour of the dealer which has led me to fix the vehicle at my own expense.The dealer also delivered my vehicle late and kept delaying the delivery. Now granted this is due to a tires delay , but the dealer should know that then they should not promise a delivery date they cannot meet.Part of the purchase agreement was to fix the windshield & the side mirror light bulb. After 5 weeks of consistent follow-up from my end and lack of follow up from the dealer, the dealer had yet to fix these items and now I have finally gave up on this dealer ever delivering what they promised.I would not encourage anyone purchase a vehicle from this dealer let alone get their vehicle serviced as they lack competency.Note: There is another review written that highlights a very similar experience to mine so this is not a one off.
