Cheap($15/day), easy to use. Spots are a little tight for anything larger than compact car. Unless you can snag a middle spot without the pillar, I got lucky.

This was my first time visiting Montreal, and the airbnb where I was staying wanted to charge me $30 per night for parking. Then they changed the rate to $73 for two nights, then $95...and I said thanks but no thanks, that's ridiculous. Street parking is pretty easy to find, but the problem is, you can only pay every 2 hours. Parking garages, there are not that many, and most of them don't do overnights... DeGaspe came to my rescue, an incredibly nice and helpful man who charged me $25 TOTAL cash, for 2 nights. Seriously saved my trip to Montreal. The garage was very clean, secure, well-run, and VERY affordable for parking in this city. Definitely recommend!

If you need a place for overnight parking near downtown Montreal this place is reasonably priced (15 CAD day) and very safe and secure. Was very useful for us on our trip there.

The parking spots in this building are too tight even for minis. They will charge you 170$ a month which is a reasonable price, BUT keep in mind that you have to do touch ups and repairs every month to fix the damage to your car doors since the cars are parked very close to each other and you have no way to get in your car unless you hit the next car's door.And if you arrive after 10 AM, even if you have a monthly pass, there is no spot left and you have to leave your key with the guys working there. Then when you want to leave, you need to find a person to get your key from, which is not always easy.

They lock the door on the weekend and they have nowhere to call. 0/5 for customer service. Parking smell like piss.
