If you are doing business for the public then people should be able to contact you for changes and if there’s any problems. Why is it impossible to get a hold of this place? I tried calling and it just didn’t go through to make a change to my order. So I ended up wasting money.

Worst subway ever. Never again!!Ordered online through the app. When we showed up at the time it was to be ready it was not ready. They offered to make it right there so we were going to wait. But then they told us they didn’t have half the ingredients like the bread. We told them not to bother. So we did a refund. Why order through the app if it isn’t going to be ready by the time we get there.

Seen the workers in the back on there phones waits 10 min for service, the subs did not get marked to tell what was what. And there was no napkins in bag. Not impressed

I called in a takeout order of five foot long subs. Mackenzie took my order and she was amazing. I could tell she's really busy, but she didn't cut me short or treat me rudely as I muddled through my list. Then when I get there half an hour later, my order was all ready to go, despite the fact that there was a steady stream of customers. Mackenzie came and put mine through. I noticed she has a cast on her arm. But even so, she was at work, doing a better job than some people would without a cast. To say the least, I was impressed with that kind of service. Oh, and did I mention that the subs were just great!

Bad experience ..I ordered kids sub he only gave me 3 inch sub instead of 4 inch .I checked on their online order system as well and size is 4 inch .very bad ..

The website says you’re open until 11 and at 8:40pm on a Thursday you were closed. Very unprofessional and waste of a 20min drive for us. Not impressed with this establishment at all.

Went to get a sub at 10:45pm when they are open until 11pm and was refused service even when someone else was there getting food.. totally ignorant. Rude customer service and insulting.Wont be going when that girl is working ever again.

I go at least once a week... usually waiting way too long to be served as there is usually only one person actually serving customers at busy lunch hours. Annnnnd almost every other time I go the toaster isnt working" .Wish there was more healthy options here."
