Refuse de faire réparations sur mon vehicules a 2 reprises. Première occasion changer retour de power steering et ligne de gaz. J'ai faut les teparations moi-même. Aujourd'hui je l'ai appelé pour changer le joint étanchéité de ma panne a huile et il refuse encore. Il est tres selectifs sur les réparations qu'il accepte de faire..service pas dutout axé a la clientèle."

Ma famille fait affaire avec le garage Jean depuis plusieurs années. On a fait examiner nos voitures avant chaque achat. C'était la condition pour n'importe quel achat et nous avons toujours été très satisfait du service et des réparations effectuées.

There is absolutely no communication.We brought our car in for our appointment on Wednesday, June 29 for them to check what was wrong with our brakes and A/C. The weekend past and there was no call to let us know we could pick up the car. I called them July 4th, and turns out the car had been ready since Friday, but no one thought to let us know. We arrived to pick it up and paid 60$ for the service, but the guy that checked our car wasn't there, so nobody knew what the problem was. We were told they would call us to let us know when the guy came back.We never got a call back. We've been calling and calling and it's always the answering machine. It is now August 2, and they are on vacation until August 11.We forked over 60$ for someone to look at our car and never tell us what we needed to have fixed. If the mechanic is able to remember what is wrong with our car after more than a month after returning from vacation, it will be useless for us to know because Summer will be almost over and we won't have use for the A/C anyways.I don't understand why the problem with our car wasn't written somewhere for others to have access to, and I don't understand why nobody thought to call us both when our car was ready and to let us know what is up with our car. It would have been really nice to have this info before last week's heatwave. I

J'ai fait faire un alignement à ce garage parce que le volant était croche, mais le véhicule ne tirait pas. En sortant de là, le véhicule tirait tellement que j'ai dû y retourner le lendemain. Plutôt que de refaire son travail, il a rotationné les pneus. Quelques semaines plus tard, j'ai un pneu fini au thread. Aucune garantie sur sa job, c'est les pneus

Très bon garage, il prenne le temps de vous dire ce qui en n'est, j'ai trouvé mon garage et je vais y retourner
