Forest City Bingo Country

The old lady with the red hair who works with the rip tab tickets is horrible. She has horrible customer service. She is extremely rude to people. Condescending and arrogant. She should not be working with people if that’s how she is going to treat them. She obviously doesn’t like her job. The employees don’t care to help anyone. I can definitely say I will not be returning. It’s absolutely ridiculous.

It's confusing the first time we went in a few years, with the machines vs dabbing cards. Had a lot of fun, thank God the volunteers are really helpful! Called bingo a couple times!Don't bring in your own drink or food. They encourage you to buy there's in a full food and drink bar.Lots of parking. Dearness Bingo" has been around for years!"

My grandmother and I sometimes go to bingo here. It's a longer program and runs from 7pm to 930/10pm. The runners are nice and accommodating. The snack bar has some good options(not healthy). They have computers to put your cards in but they are portable unlike the ones in st Thomas which are stationary. Overall we enjoy it.

It's a fun night. Clean, easy atmosphere. Callers are good at what they do. Runners are helpful and attentive.

The bingo hall is nice and the staff are friendly, but the regulars are nasty people, you can't even have a nice conversation with your friends without one of them telling you to shut up. I thought that's why they say the number and put it on several screens around the hall.

Heads Up! If you have a special needs person you want to do an activity with, this is NOT the place to go!My Grand daughter is 18 yrs old. WITH SPECIAL NEEDS. My daughter took her to her first bingo on Family Day and was devastated to hear how badly she was treated!Grand daughter can't read well or write. She purchased a 3 strip book and was unable to keep up so my daughter gave her a single to play and the runner harassed her about it. Then there was the issue of the mask. If you don't want people to remove their mask to eat then close the dam snack bar!My grand daughter is singled out every day at school & in public. She has no friends, because she's different. The runner at this hall should be ashamed of yourself. She cried all the way home because she thought they didn't like her. She felt singled out at your hall.My daughter called the hall & left a message for the manager next day and they never bothered to return her call.SHAME ON ALL OF YOU!!!

East Williams Optimists did a bingo last night (August 10) and the young man who was in charge was great. He answered all our questions promptly and pleasantly.

I would NOT suggest this bingo hall. You CAN NOT bring your own food/beverage, which is fine, but should you not be aware, be prepared to be scolded (even after you have removed your coffee and while the numbers are being called). Besides the very kind lady that sold us our cards, the rest of the staff members were miserable and the caller sucked! Not a pleasant night out!

Great games and people, food is quite good, but pricey. Remember that tax. The runners are wonderful! There is an ATM and the back door is wheelchair accessible. Needs some curtains on the windows instead of black garbage bags....
