This location is terrible. I ordered a Large steep tea 3/3 and a bagel with cream cheese, I had to wait over 6 minutes for my order to be fully completed. During this whole time, the staff member at the window was talking to someone on the phone. When I received my order, the bagel wasn’t even cut, and the cream cheese wasn’t spread out. Will not be back

A horrible place to go for a Coffee. Worst Customer service ever. They are just so rude while taking order. Their management also doesn’t care at all.The one ugly fatty girl named *HEMAN* on drive thru got confused with my order, because she was also taking another order while delivering my order.And when I corrected her, she shook her head with anger for no reason. On the top of it, when I talked with her supervisor ARSH she also doesn’t seem to care about this at all.I don’t know how they are even working in customer service.

I want to draw the attention of the manager. This is how supervisors manipulate their employees. Screw off! There was this guy taking my order, and I made a simple joke to lighten the mood, but then I noticed Ishnoor, the so-called supervisor. I was shocked when I saw her name tag. She had the audacity to rudely tell the guy not to make faces. Seriously? Is this how supervisors operate at this Tim Hortons? I'm really disappointed. I wanted to talk to the manager right then, but an employee informed me that she wasn't in the store. It's incredibly disrespectful for someone in authority to behave that way. I will never visit this place again and I definitely won't recommend it to anyone else. If they can't respect their own employees, how can customers expect any respect from such terrible employers or supervisors like Ishnoor?She clearly doesn't deserve to be a supervisor.

Really Poor customer service. We placed order in drive through.. we had to repeat order 4-5 times, then they got the order even the order was very simple, just two tea lattes. Still, We didn't get proper drinks, Missing the items which we asked for. I don’t think so staff and manager care about customer service. All they care about timer. They never care about the customer service. Never recommend anyone

This is one of the worse locations for good customer service. I came for lunch wait jn line got over 5 min. Made my order the cashier asked is there is anything else. I said no there is nothing she laughs at me and says we're busy The baker should be on the ball to get baked goods out that is what you sell. Lunch time and there is no donuts or tim bits or muffins. I had to throw my lunch out they gave me brown lettuce in the sandwich gross it was also smashed together and looked like it was stepped on you see rotting vegetables throw them out dont give to the customer. Baker needs to keep track of what is being sold. Cashiers need to learn BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The service was ZERO STAR" with employees talking in their regional language. There was no cleanliness inside the service area. The wrap we ordered wasn't wrapped at all. It was tortilla and some rice dumped in a paper bag. After a few mins at the table

Clean, bright. The entrance is as obvious when you ride up but it has a nice patio space. Tim Hortons seems to use a timer on drive through which means if you actually go inside some locations seem to take longer to provide service. This is a bit of an oversight in my opinion. Hopefully they start timing service on counter requests too so people who walk in aren't left standing around for a couple minutes until staff finish with drive up customers.

Asked to warm up the coffee. Straightly refused. Strange service. Girls working here needs customer service training. Very rude to customers. Argue with customers if they ask to make food properly. No proper filling in wraps. Probably to make management happy by saving food. Promotion thing.

I just got iced coffee via drive through. Poor customer service, the lady didn’t even reply to my thank you and I could barely expect any greetings from them. My coffee was also not sweet, might not be mixed well. I wouldn’t recommend this location. Absolute waste of money and time.
