Receptionist was rude, trying to rush into a room. The doctor was condescending and pushy as if I'm bothering him. The pharmacist was also rude and demeaning like I didn't know what I was talking about. I had to explain to her over 6 times

Everyone here is useless, doctors receptionists everyone. The bathroom doesn’t even have a soap dispenser or paper towel dispenser. It takes a week and multiple calls just to get them to fax a refill prescription to a pharmacy. Go anywhere else.

I started going to this clinic about 3 months ago to get situated with a family doctor so I could get my dissability tax credit forms filed, I had to follow up with this clinic myself several times to clerify we were on the same page. when I was finally able to pick up my DTC froms they told me I had to pay $100 for it.. so I made a big deal about it, couple people got yelled at by me and shjt hit the fan... when they realized I wasnt willing to pay the fee they offerd me the form for free and told me to never come back...These people are exploiting their patients for money witch is completly unacceptable, Ill be filing a complaint to the Gov. of Manitoba myself. Dont trust these shady people they just want your money.

Despite the first impression of the place being a dump, it actually had pretty decent physicians & very helpful and pleasant staff. They've got to do something about their washroom though!!

The sign on their door says open until 7, 7 days a week. Online says they're open until 6. I got there at 530, but was told they were closed when I walked in because the doctor wants to go home". The doors were not locked and the open sign was on. I should have expected this based on reviews I guess..."

I was thinking about applying to work here part time, after reading these reviews ...I'm on the fence. I love assisting patients and recognize the need for compassion and fairness towards others, perhaps this is a wrong choice for me, I wonder if they are understaffed and overwhelmed and that's really too bad.

The doctor doesn’t care about clients, he doesn’t give a proper medicine(takes 1 minute for him to check me) and the tell the client to go out without explainations. And he is not responsible for his medicine when i ask “can i use this pill with other pills?” And he said “i don’t know” and tell me to go out. Terrible experience

Horrible bed side manner, unclean facilities, doors open so I could hear the talk with other patients, previous patient names lying around on the desk, preformed minimal checks and then prescribed drugs within a few short minutes.We went to a different clinic the next day and the Dr. actually cared, gave a different prescription, and i left happy I would be alright, not second guessing the Dr. didn't give a hoot.

I am so regretful to go to this clinic.I should check the feedback firstly. They don’t offer medical note with details of the sickness. And it cost 30 dollars only by cash. I was wasted time to go there. The attitude was really rude from the doctor
