I recently placed an online order for a pair of black suede sandals that were on for 40% off. Shortly after placing my order, I received an email advising that as they were preparing my order for shipment, they noticed some discolouration on the left foot; as it was the end of the season they weren't able to order another pair in my size. The email was accompanied by a few pictures, and an additional 10% off was offered if I decided to go ahead with my order, which I did. Upon receipt and after a thorough inspection of my sandals, I was thrilled to find out that the discolouration" was a tiny spot that I had to look for. I couldn't have been more impressed that Becker Shoes took the time to contact me and offer me an additional discount. Would highly recommend."

Took my granddaughter for running shoes. Good selection and friendly staff. I happen to enjoy shopping in stores like this as opposed to Big Box. Much more personal.

Pretty good footwear. The kids working there need a personality. We don't enjoy the straight faced snotty kid fad that they do these days. Customer service needs improvement. Forget what's cool, and smile and converse with customers. Don't make customers beg for your attention!

Staff was super helpful with ordering over the phone during curbside pick-up only" restrictions. The salesperson ordered in two different sizes of the shoe I wanted just to make sure of the fit. My order arrived quickly and the pick-up was easy with a chance to try on the shoes before purchasing. Great experience."

Took the entire family to the store, got my kids to try a bunch of shoes, picked a few pairs with we will take these". Paid. When we got home a pair of shoes was missing. Getting shoes from point A to B seems to be a challenge with this store."

I recently purchased my winter and spring shoes. The staff and service were great. Not to mention how great the selection that is available.

If you are shopping online, make sure you really really want the item. The hassle-free return is in fact not hassle-free as you have to pay for shipping to return the item. It's in the fine print. Not a great policy given the times we are in where online shopping has surged due to store closures and store hour limitations. This is an opportunity for businesses to grow their brand loyalty so you can have repeat customers. Just make sure you really like it or else you are out shipping costs to return.
