I become Canadian citizen this month with lots of efforts from KWMC especially from Samuel Redae and Marta Worku.I would like to appreciate for all their boundary less helps and patience and may God bless to all staff members of KWMC and Canadian government too.

I recommend to everyone to go to Multicultural Centre for any questions or anything you need help with. That was my second time looking for help and once again they helped me out with everything I needed. Emma Parsons was great and so kind, I have no words. She did everything she could to help me and explained me everything I needed to know. I'm so grateful for our appointment yesterday.And just want to say thank you to all the staff that works here

I have received assistance from Wasan for over 7 years and she has been nothing but awesome!! She's always so patient, kind, easy to understand and extremely helpful. I used her services for my husband, three sister in laws and most recently my father in law. Although I've given her short notice on numerous occasions, she still always finds the time to translate any and all documents I needed complete. She’s always a pleasure to work with!

Needed to find out if the centre offered any notarization services, they didnt have any clue; the lady said will have someone call and nobody ever called! Why such indifference to immigrants when that is precisely what you have been hired to do!
