Great service! Within an hour of me calling my snowblower had been looked at, fixed and ready to roll again - with a smile I might add! Life saver or rather, back saver as the snowplow had left a giant heap at the bottom of my driveway... Thanks to JEM Machine Maintenance it became a doable job again.

Jacob came to our house today on short notice to check our standby generator. I was concerned with the coming ice storm that we could be in trouble. Jacob mentioned he could at least stop by and check what the issue was to be able to repair it next week. An hour and a half later he had solved the problem and the generator was functional again. We’re extremely satisfied and appreciative of such great service

Took my lawnmower to Jacob expecting to leave it to be looked at. He inspected it and fixed it in under five minutes! He didn't ask for payment and refused money when I offered. All that he asked was that I write a review, which I am doing now to keep my promise. Well done Jacob!! May your business be a great success.

Jacob is a very punctual and enthusiastic worker. He works tirelessly to make sure that all of his customers are taken care of. He provides extremely great advice regarding Blowers/Trimmers/push mowers etc! He does it all. Especially with the on demand service regarding these issues! I honestly don’t think in my 20 years of being alive that I’ve met such a genuine and honest person. Absolute pleasure being a customer of theirs.

Jacob has done phenomenal work on our snowblower and riding mower. Found safety issues and fixed them quickly and at a reasonable rate. Picked up both machines for us and brought them back good as new! Highly recommend!

During a long weekend, my trimmer stopped working. I took a chance (Civic Holiday Monday) to see if JEM was open. Not only was JEM open, but Jacob set up a time for me to bring it in.He actually tried to get it going for me IMMEDIATELY. Although, that didn't work out, he did call me just a couple of days later to let me know it was ready.Fantastic turnaround time, and customer service. I definitely recommend JEM for maintenance and service on small machines.

What a great experience. Contacted JEM and left a voice mail and in less than an hour had a return call from Jacob. He showed up at my house a few hours after that, diagnosed the problem with my snowblower, fixed it and had it running in no time. Jacob is an extremely personable, hard working and dedicated young man. Will definitely use him in future for any repairs I may need and would highly recommend his services to anyone
