Stonebridge Neurology Clinic

I have been going to Stonebridge for 10 years now. I have not had any issues. Staff is courteous and helpful. Dr. Masiowski is thorough, explains things well and very personable. I highly recommend this clinic. Only downside, parking isn’t great and can be difficult to locate in the new location.

Zero stars. Don’t waste your time. Dr Savedia is as useless as her office staff. Rude, sarcastic, disrespectful, zero sensitivity, didn’t care what previous doctors had said about my symptoms. She said I looked like a child when she was dressed like one. Disappointing at best.

WORST PLACE. Receptionists are the rudest in the province, it's impossible to reach a doctor, they dole out wrong prescriptions to the pharmacy all the time. They'll take a day or more to fix the mistake, which is enough time to have one or several seizures. They're sloppy, rude, and incompetent more than half the time.

My wife suffers from severe migraines. She went in for a consult for Botox injections for migraines. The receptionist tried to book her in for August 15, my wife said no has to be another day. She was booked in for August 22. On August 15 my wife was getting ready for work and receptionist phoned and started giving my wife heck for being late for her appointment. My wife said that she had an appointment booked for August 22. The girl on phone was angry and told her that there was $900 worth of Botox waiting and that she needed to come down now! My wife said no, and asked when she could come in? The girl said we would get back to you and hung up. She never called back, they never answer phone. I have left 3 messages to return my calls. They have not called back. We found the clinics card 2 weeks later with the receptionists writing showing appointment on August 22. We asked our family doctor to refer us to another neurologist. Still have not seen one. My wife has been to the hospital twice since then and has been suffering greatly in the last 4 months. the receptionist owes my wife an apology.

Impossible to get a hold of both after a seuizre and otherwise. Changed my meds without even telling me. Didn't tell me results on blood work. Very little communication. When she does contact me she is a good doctor but with something that can kill me such as a seuizre to have zero contact isn't ok!

Extremely compassionate drs. Excellant receptionists. Always hear back quickly and efficiently. Best neurological care my son has recieved in years.

The worst reception possible they don't know what they're doing, they give out information they shouldn't be giving out/they don't actually know what they are talking about, and they are down right lazy refusing to follpw up or double check any information. They're just completely disrespectful and rude, and seem to have no real intention on helping patients. I spoke to the doctor directly about my situation and this receptionist refuses to listem, follow up or double check anything. I would be embarrassed to have this receptionist represent my office.Also please note I'd give this office 0 stars if I could. The doctor I dealt with was kind and respectful, too bad the receptionist isn't.

Something to keep in mind, this doctors office WILL NOT help at all if you need medication refills same day. Won't make a call to the doctor, or offer to help in any way, even when the consequences of not getting medication is seizures. I understand that the fault of not having refills falls on me for not noticing, but the least they could do is call the doctor to avoid a patients suffering. There have been times in the past where it seems they have ignored my calls, after leaving a half a dozen messages.

Were early for the appointment and were told the Dr was still at lunch only 2 of us in the waiting room. We checked 30 min after my appointment time to see if the Dr was coming and was told the Dr was with a patient(lied). I finally saw the Dr 40 min. after my appointment time. Drs have expectations that when we make an appointment they like when we show up and ON TIME. The only reason we waited was this was not my appointment if you don't have the courtesy to be on time let me know I won't come!
