Ontario Luxury Limousine Woodstock
Had a trip booked to Cuba from Toronto on January 29th, so needed transportation to Pearson Airport. The bus service was not compatible with our times, so tried two taxi services..they don't go to Pearson because of shortage of drivers...called a limousine service in Ingersoll...they don't go to Pearson either. Then I found Ontario Luxury Limousine service, spoke to a very nice man named Tom and arranged our trip. A very friendly and personable young man named Joe picked me up at my door, then picked up my friend and off we went. On the return trip, Joe was at the airport door waiting when we arrived.I would highly recommend Ontario Luxury Limousine for a timely, courteous, friendly ride with no hassles.

This company doesn't actually own any vehicles. They're based out of Alberta and act as a broker to people with limos. They take deposit as a finders fee and tender the job to anyone who will take.The car that arrived for my job was a complete embarrassment. It wasn't even roadworthy, let alone a luxury limo. Not clean, No AC in 33-degree heat, the speakers were all blown, so there was no music, and we needed to boost the battery to start the vehicle at every stop.If I had any idea the car was this bad when we departed, I would have cancelled the trip before leaving.

I had booked a limo bus through Tom for our wedding and it left an impression with all our guests! From being impeccably clean to it's stylish interior. Our driver Christopher had communicated with us before the day and throughout to keep us on time. He was flexible, courteous and professional. Thank you for making our day extra special!

Two weeks ago I contacted them with regard to a quote for an event, heard absolutely nothing back from them.Not even a sorry we don’t do that or we are booked for that date. Nothing.Very disappointed with the lack of communication.
