RUBY HVAC - Heating & Cooling

Had issue with my heating and contacted RUBY HVAC for repair and was not disappointed. Professional and very easy to work with is an understatement. Appreciate the responsiveness and care for my family, love you RUBY HVAC!

Our technician performed cleaning where needed while inspecting all areas of our furnace. He installed the humidifier water flow through panel and the furnace air filter I provided. Lap was pleasant and knowledgeable. He was honest. He did not try to up-sell any services or equipment that I didn't need. I will be using his services again next year, and I will be calling RUBY HVAC if I have a breakdown. Good Job!

My furnace failed on the weekend and Ruby HVAC was able to diagnose the issue with a failed draft induce motor. Instead of just telling me I had to pay for a new part he offer to try to get it replace under warranty which he was successful with! Overall excellent service, honest and professional. I would definitely recommend Ruby HVAC!

RUBY HVAC was amazing. My A/C wasn’t working properly and he gave me multiple options to fix the part and deal with the underlying issues in the future (which he showed me) or replace the unit. I choose to replace the unit because he notified me about everything showed me the problem and the options to fix but not only that he also gave me prices options and allowed me to look around for pricing. He was the most affordable while having more then just confidence in his quality of work.He took at a look at the furnace as well and saw that there was a water leak in there and it has been rusting inside the terminals for years. It was fully functional but another underlying issue that would come in the future they may be hazardous as well.Again he priced me out for both units now and as I did my research again, I ended up calling him back for the furnace as well.End of the day, very professional, very polite and very fair pricing! As always just remember you get what you paid for!

He went above and beyond his task that he was hired for to make sure our home was heated properly. Double and triple checked safely to make sure everything was in proper order. He even cleanup after himself!! Would be a no brainer to do any and all HVAC services with Ruby HVAC.

Certain rooms were very cold in the winter. Technician came and increased airflow and showed me where/how to regulate airflow without expensive addition. Technician even recommends to try it out in the winter to see how it before making expensive changes. Very trustworthy and honest!!!

Had a new furnace installed! Had a great experience overall from booking the appointment to having the furnace fully installed and working! Quick response time and was able to get a new furnace right away! Highly recommend Ruby HVAC!!

Finally, an HVAC guy who is kind, polite, and sincere with fair and very reasonable prices. I really did my homework and shopped around and he was the only one that was extremely knowledgeable / professional AND had good prices. (Rare combo!) He was able to answer all of my questions and took the time to help me compare options and go over pros and cons. He didn’t try to upsell me and made a good recommendation of what would work best for our space and what we needed. I’ve replaced HVAC on another property before and have dealt with dismissive or condescending tradesmen before. Not this guy! He was so sweet!
