Signature Autowash

I used the auto car wash and spent almost $12 for a basic wash. There were no explanations of the options but since my vehicle wasn’t that dirty I decided on basic. My vehicle came out completely dirty still, I wish I had stopped to look but there was a vehicle behind me. The air dryer at the end pours water onto your vehicle, making it a useless option. I will stick to the auto wash on Hugh Allan, it’s cheaper and better.

Currently sitting in the bay, their automatic bay wasn’t working properly so he offered to wash my car free of charge. Super kind and beyond respectful. Highly recommend this place.

They have bays, they have water, and you can scrub your dirty little vehicles off! I don't use brushes on my car as I don't admire the swirls on my paint. They let me use my wash mitt here as long as it's not too busy! Gets the job done.

Went through touch less wash and my car came out still really dirty. Called the manager and he came down , very polite and respectful said bring car around and he washed it himself by hand.Thank you for making things right.I was very impressed he did that and not just hand me some money or a coupon.

Quality soap products and facilities, really great service! I've used the drive thru automatic car wash once and the hand wand wash 3 times.Automatic car wash has 3 options of service, I believe they were: basic $10, standard $14 and Premium $16 (pls correct me if I'm wrong, this was when they first opened). I did the Premium, it did a very decent job, and if I was in a hurry, I would opt for this option. You don't have to leave your car, pay by credit.Hand wash has a variety of wash options, and vacuum, all options are .80 cents/min, rounded up to the nearest minute. (min. $2.00) I loved: don't have fiddle with change, just scan a credit card, the garage is VERY clean, warm/protected from elements. Just be aware, the moment you scan your credit card, your time begins! So have the sprayer in your hand ready to go! I found my average cost to wash and rinse my car was $6 - $8. I didn't like: you couldn't pause the wash if you needed to switch to a brush or untangle yourself from the hose. Pull up the door to enter. To exit press the red button.Very quality concentrated soap, water is ultra-filtered for a spot free rinse. Owner/staff were very helpful if you needed help! Used the automatic wash last night and was not issued receipt and car was not cleaned. Paid 20$ for a deluxe car wash and there was almost no soap or water pressure. The spot free rinse was the only part of the wash that sprayed my entire car. I called to asked about the receipt and explain my disappointment with the wash and was told that they do not control the printers and what do I expect, “it’s winter and nothing rinses the grime off”. I tried to further explain how the wash went I go to wise guys regularly and that there didn’t appear to be any soap or water pressure and was told that’s impossible, their equipment is using a colourless and foam less soap for the winter and they have so much pressure the wash takes parts off some vehicles. I will continue to try and upload pictures of the car after the was but like the wash this page is flawed.

Went here for a car wash Feb 3 at 830am. Purchased the best option for $16. It wasn't clean at all. Took pictures and phoned and left a message asking for a refund. I never got a call back. Stay far away if you value quality.

Terrible. Went thru automated washing and it done a terrible job. After the wash the power dryers didn't work. Never go there again.

Overall, pretty gd. $$ but it is convenient. My only prob was, when I left thru the blowers to dry my truck. The building was dripping down on about center of the doorway, which ruined that. I'll suggest fixing the gutters or whatever is doing this.
