Good service in person, financing at ridiculous interest rates of 33% and impossible to reach over the phone for any customer service issues. Overall is lowers my rating to two stars.

If I can put 0 on the review, I will put 0. I never have that much hassle just to handle with Brault and Martinau ever. I bought a Bed and they only delivered 1 box out of 2. The delivery confirmed there was only 1 box. When I went to the store, they immediately pass the ball and tell me to call the customer service line. The seller seems to only want my money. When I call, I have to wait over 3 hours everytime, when its 5pm, the line gets dropped automatically. I was able to speak to someone regarding the issue, but told me someone will call me back, I waited 1 week and still no call back. Everytime I call around 3:30pm, i get hang up at 5pm. I have to call at 8:59am to get someone and i was able to get someone but every agent said something different. Then promised another call back again which never happened and i have to waste my time again to call. The person told me they are still investigating but on their system it shows no stock. Does it mean as long as they cant find it, I still dont have a bed to sleep on? So she told me to send the picture as proof and i did. She told me she can only give a store credit, its their policy. Their policy doesnt mention they send half a bed and not answering calls. I refused and i want a reimbursement for their mistake and hassle. She promise a supervisor will call, which i still havent not received. They lie to just to just brush u off the phone. I never experienced a terrible service like this before.

Much better!!! selection at this furniture, appliance and electronics store.I am looking to purchase a 2 or 3 seat recliner couch. The experienced salesman took the time to explain the difference between companies, showed several fabric swatches and what the expected dates of delivery could be.Luckily, this store has tv's with tv's & living room sets all grouped together etc.Well lit and clean store.Immaculate washroom.

I visited this establishment with my parents yesterday (19/06/2021) to shop for a fridge, a hut , and a range. As my parents don't have a google account I'm writing this review at their request! The service we got from Mr. Germain Collazo was simply outstanding! This gentleman was knowledgeable, polite, friendly, patient and very professional. He definitely made our shopping experience a very pleasant one! We were going to go comparison but his knowledge, service, and professionalism made our decision easy!

Terrible customer service. Bought a sectional in July that was supposed to be delivered in September, it is now end of October with no clear idea on when it will be delivered. Sales person of no help and deceitful.

UPDATE: Store manager finally agreed to arrange for old stove to be picked up, 1 week after this review and 3 weeks after the initial delivery.Not changing my review of 1 star for the weeks of stress and time wasted communicating with the store manager when this entire situation could have been avoided.Horrible service!!Definitely WILL NOT recommend.Our family went to B&M to purchase a stove for our mother. Was specifically mentioned to the salesman we need the old one to be taken away upon delivery of the new one.Delivery day comes, new one is delivered but the delivery guy refused to take away the old one c'est trop vieux et c'est pas indiqué qu'on le reprends". So now there are 2 stoves in the kitchen.Called the sales rep

What a horrible experience at the delivery!! Be cautious these delivery men are subcontractors and do not work for BM directly. When they arrived they came through the front door trying to lift the sofa upwards to try to enter the house but the sofa was too tall to stand up straight (8 feet ceiling height) After just doing that they said go back to the store to get a different model. I had to show them myself that the sofa can enter straight in without the need to put it horizontally. Why do I need to do their job?!?! After the sofa was in they left without even giving me a receipt.Sofa was left in it’s packaging for me to assemble on my own, when I asked at the store if they will assemble it for us they said absolutely yes. I hurt my back assembling the sofa legs myself and all the packaging was left at my house. I have never stressed so much because of a delivery service in my entire life. Their excuse for leaving was because I asked them if they can remove their shoes since my floors are brand new and their shoes are full of snow and sludge from outside. I will never get anything from BM ever again if they don’t change theirs delivery service and hire their own men and trucks for a respectful delivery. Just absolutely horrible.

Better buy anywhere online. Brault & Martineau has a terrible customer service and terrible products. I purchased a TV Stand for $470, two months later a piece fell off, no hit nothing, the pieces just detached from the main stand while cleaning it. I opened a warranty support ticket, and two months later they haven't sent any replacement or contacted me back. They aren't even replying to my emails anymore.** UPDATE: after 3-4 months they send me a replacement part. But I had to open a complain with a government entity for customer satisfaction.I was trying to buy local to support local retailers, but it seems their products are imported anyway. Why buying local, if they are going to buy from a Chinese shop in the backend. Cut the middleman and buy online somewhere else.Pro:- They pay the 2 taxes on some products- They do have friendly onsite sales rep.Cons:- Expensive Furniture you can find much cheaper online. The tax they don't charge is hidden in the cost price.- Low Quality Furniture- No or low warranty support- Terrible aftersales customer service

Be aware before buying! After delivery service is horrible. A part of the bed came in damaged, called 4 times the number they gave me on the paper when delivering and no one picked up the phone. One of my tries they picked up and hang up right away! A ticket is open now and has been pending for 3 months! Do your self a favor and shop elsewhere!Update:Got the replacement part finally after they changed it 3 times because each time it came damaged. This time they actually did a better job of inspection. They even came with a red carpet to enter with their boots on and opened the box in front of me and did the inspection. I feel like since it was acquired by Tanguay the service got better.
