This is our second big purchase from Hometown Furniture and the customer service has been outstanding! Thanks to Joe and a very special thank you to Vicki ( Store Manager) who really took great care helping us with selections and delivery to our home. Our overall experience, the first time we purchased 4 years ago, is what brought us back. This second purchase was no different. My wife and I are thrilled about our sofa and 2 chairs. As a matter of fact, the prices were 50% less than one of the other major furniture stores. Our furniture arrived in Kelowna 1 week early to our surprise, and delivered safe and sound. Nicely done Vicki! You have exceeded our expectations!

The one bonus from this furniture store is that you can actually purchase an item and take it home the same day. Most other places have a 1-2 month wait for most purchases. I got a great coffee table at a very reasonable price.

Pro: Good pricesCon: Terrible installation service. The installers ruined several pegs on our bedframe and stripped multiple screws, making it very difficult to dissemble for moving.If you get items delivered and installed, make sure to watch them with a critical eye. The installers are careless and in a hurry to get the job done as fast as possible.

If i could give a 0 I would. Fridge purchased brand new in 2021, compressor goes caput in 2022. We have an extended warranty purchased so going through all this is taking months but the real issue is that when we had the fridge technician come look at the unit, he informed us that the fridge is from 2009. I called to let hometown know this and Joe - the sales rep AND OWNER - was horribly rude. Didn't give me the time of day and just said that isn't possible" "all our units are brand new"

Moved into a new place so we needed lots of furniture. After shopping around all over the place we bought a bed frame, king size mattress, and a sectional here. We are very happy with the quality of the furniture and especially the prices. Kal, our salesperson was awesome! Delivery was fantastic as well. They showed up right on time and set everything up exactly where we wanted it as well. Overall very happy with our experience here!

Terrible quality furniture, had some packing tape holding my draws closed on a bedroom set and peeled the finish off the dresser. Avoid this place and their marked up cheap furniture and go to a store that sells QUALITY furniture.Quality of products is awful, would not recommend shopping there

We have bought almost every piece of furniture in our home from Joe at hometown. We love their prices and the quality of their furniture. He always remembers us when we come in and will go the extra mile to make sure we are happy. When we bought our bedroom set and mattress from him he delivered the mattress personally as it did not make it on the truck by accident when they went out for delivery. We will continue to shop at hometown and highly recommend them to anyone looking for good furniture at fair prices.

Fantastic Customer Service. The sales person that helped us was a nice girl named Jill (who shared with us it was her first week working). She showed us all the options they had in the couch style we were looking for and provided info and different advice about what couches had custom options. Very Knowledgeable about the products in the store. We actually ended up buying something we weren't expecting to buy because we found such an awesome price on a well made table. They happily held it for us for a few hours and we returned to make the purchase. Very nice girl, fun personality who liked to laugh and joke with us, making it an overall very exceptional experience. 5 stars. We will be back!

Came in to look for a specific item but they didn't have anything on display. However, they do have an impressive inventory of other furniture and reasonable pricing. I love looking closely at floor furniture as you can often tell the quality you'll expect when it's home. We could see some stuff (same at the brick) broken and falling apart. The companies that make this stuff honestly don't care about the quality of the products they make. Just make it cheap and fast. Meanwhile we are stuck with the merchandise for years watching it fall apart. I blame manufacturing suppliers not the stores. Staff was very friendly.
