Bought a used fridge from them a couple of years ago. They guaranteed it for one year. Just about a week or so after the one year guarantee ran out, the fridge died. Called them and they immediately offered to replace it at no cost. Great people to deal with, very honest and helpful.

An elderly friend has a portable dishwasher that she bought 2nd hand from a private party. She did not have the right fitting for her faucet. I went to Bellevue and he had a box of random parts and managed to put some pieces together for a fitting that worked for her. Can't even remember if he charged me...if he did it was just a couple of bucks.

As a Property Manager I do a LOT of work with Bellevue and we have always had an amazing experience - right from the time we order to the time it's delivered - the staff are great and helpful, and the appliances are always in great repair and I haven't had one fail yet!
