Atomic Ski Canada

I dealt with these folks for service on a Suunto watch. Pleasant phone dealings, great service.

Purchased Atomic S9 in the spring 2019. Skis were not used during the winter of 2020 (knee surgery) and used one time during the winter of 2021 (covid - all racing cancelled). Started using the winter of 2022 on a regular basis for training (once per week) and racing (2 races). Did not use for free skiing. After fewer than 20 uses the skis delaminated (pictures included). Warranty provided and received a new pair of S9 (very much appreciated). Second pair, used again for training and races fewer than 15 times and skis delaminated in exactly the same place. After numerous emails back and forth with Atomic Canada the response was always the same, 'The original skis are outside the warranty period'. I have been a loyal customer of Atomic skis for 20 years. No longer, on principle, can I support this company. Buyer beware!
