Don't get bbtea here if you're used to good quality boba from Vancouver. As someone coming into Kelowna from the Lower Mainland and missed a coffee break, I was intrigued when I saw Cha House had a near perfect rating and wanted to give it a try. The fact that it was in the mall made me somewhat skeptical but there have been good bbtea in malls before so my wife and I wanted to try. I got the Roasted Milk Tea with lychee jelly and she got the same but with pearls. It wasn't good. Imagine a tea pot of bag that has been used for the tenth time that day and basically have you zero flavour. I had 100% sugar with no ice but it was insanely watered down and there was no ounce of tea or roast flavour whatsoe er. I do agree that prices and portions were great but it's negated by a drink that's not even worth it at Free.

Cha house is my favorite bubble tea in town！So many selections, Jasmines Green milk tea and Mango mountain is my favorite! all drinks comes with free tapioca，good quality at reasonable prices!Friendly Stuff and Great service!

This place tastes really good. I’ve been impressed by how good their product tastes every time! The reason I didn’t give a 5 star review is because almost every time I order, they mess up. I get the right drink, but when I say “No pearls” or “No ice”, they add it anyways. Still, the fact that I gave this a 3 star, with those mistakes being made, means this is a great place but requires staff improvement.

Best bubble tea in kelowna. Tons of selection, and great staff. My wife makes us drive from Vernon to Kelowna just for their bubble tea.

Super friendly staff, quick service, very delicious tea, and really fair prices! Actually, really good prices. I was surprised at the large cup size for under 5$ (I got strawberry milk tea with pearls). Definitely my favorite tea place in Kelowna.

I wasn't really a fan, no one really liked the drinks we got. None of us finished the drinks. I have been there once before and it was okay that time, I don't think I will be back. A lot of people seem to like it tho! So to each their own. You get the drinks super fast and the employees work super hard from the looks of it, just not a cup of tea for me. :)
