Really impressed with this place! I came for a CT scan here, and felt it was very quick. The staff were very welcoming, and very nice. They made the experience less stressful and were very caring.

Excellent customer service, going above and beyond, like coming from behind the desk to help me with the door on both my way in and out. The front desk staff and CT tech were all very friendly, professional people. Such great service should be acknowledged as it’s not always the case!

I phoned the clinic on Thurs Feb 9 and requested a copy of my MRI on a memory stick. They advised there was a $30 fee. I said fine. They asked how quickly I wanted it. I said as soon as possible. They said they would phone when it was ready. No call Friday. No call Mon morning. I called at noon on Mon to ask when it would be ready. It WAS ready but no one bothered to call me! Very disappointing.

A very efficient organization. Had a CT scan. It took 20 minutes from when I walked into the office until I walked out. The two people I had contact with were pleasant and well informed. An extremely positive experience. Thank you.

A woman was sent away from her appointment for being slightly late neaven after they were call to be notified that they are running late the drive is 4 hours and 45 minutes away
