Cam Ford was outstanding in their service. Travelled to Olds on business and explained my situation and emergency. They immediately put my vehicle on the hoist to check things out. Needed to replace tire bearing on drivers back tire and they were able to get parts in and repair by noon of the next day.Their kindness generosity and friendship was as if they have known me a lifetime. They were friendly kind, honest and did everything as quickly as they could so my vehicle was ready for when it was time for me to leave to go back home. Their service was in my opinion outstanding and I would recommend Cam Clark to anyone needing repairs in the Olds area.Thank you so much for your service Cam Ford.

This is the second time I have taken my vehicle in and the second time I have been disappointed with the services provided.First time they couldn’t even find what’s wrong, I had to take it in open the hood and show the service manager, before they would do the work, did bare minimum for maximum costs.Yesterday I had it in to check on a catalytic converter replacement as the code was not coming off the car. I had it in to another shop that assured me the install was good and the computer just needed updated but that needed to happen at ford ( so I made the appointment)First they replaced my brake lines without even calling to check with me first (there is a recall currently, but the recalled brake lines already failed on me last year and almost caused 2 accidents) they just went ahead and replaced them, then the next day came up with an excuse of leaky brake lines due to me not being happy with them doing work without calling and checking with me first. They could not point out or tell me where they were leaking from (I asked since these lines have warranty).Now they are trying to get 2000$ of work out of me for another catalytic replacement (since they couldn’t find any real issues) they stated “it’s out of spec because the bolts don’t line up” without even unbolting to see.I also told them my dash is lighting up with all the sensors going off randomly. I said I think it’s the speed sensor. Well they charged me to diagnose my own vehicle 165$! And no work preformed for what it was actually in for! If you were smart you wouldn’t bring your vehicle in here. They just read codes and take a guess unless shown what it wrong and charge you for it as if they found it themselves!

Purchased many vehicles from the team at Cam Clark in Olds over the years. They have always been very helpful and have always worked hard for us and to keep our business. We recently purchased a new ford explorer only to get in an accident and write it off a week later. Nick and Stephanie helped us get into a replacement vehicle as soon as possible. I am happy that they were able to fix my heater for my 2008 Ford Escape. Great customer service too. I live in Sundre which is a 30-40min drive. They were able to accommodate me by driving me back home and picking me up again when my car was ready. They kept me up to date on what's happening with my car. They also made sure that the problem was resolved in a single visit rather than telling me my car was fixed but only to come back a day or two or week that the problem has not been fixed.Highly recommended. I'm a happy customer.

I have never written a google review before but I had to share this. I took my truck to these guys to get an oil change and oversized tires put on. They called me and said they didn’t have a proper machine to balance the tires but they could put balancing beads in them, I told them to go ahead. After making it 4 blocks down the road there was a bad shake so I took it back. They told me I should take it over to the guys at fountain tire, so I did. Upon removing the tires from the rims this is what they found in EACH tire…… 24 ounces of WET beads all clumped together, valve stems, valve caps, and the bags that it all comes in lol. These guys are brutal.
