Fast service, the nurses are very good and minimal pain for blood tests. Could provide some more information on whether they wipe down the seating and arm resting surfaces in the rooms between patients. But otherwise a lot of PPE in evidence and good social distancing and hand hygiene practices.

Friendly staff, and even when they're busy they're pretty quick.

I had some blood tests this morning and the member of staff who helped me was excellent at her job and really pleasant to chat to. I can't remember her name but please send a thank you her way.

Don't rely on the online check in!! I did the online check in and it told me the est. Wait time is 13 mins and to arrive for 11:15am. I arrived and am still waiting in a line that has not moved and it's 11:50am. There are 3 patients inside and another 3 ahead of me in line, we are waiting outside. Not convenient at all for a pregnant woman with a full bladder.

Went in to get some bloodwork done this morning and was feeling pretty nervous. The nurse was so incredibly kind to me and really eased my nerves. I didn't even feel the needle go in, however when it was taken out I got extremely dizzy and passed out. The nurse I had immediately grabbed me water took me to the bed and stayed by my side making sure I was ok and that I had everything I needed. I wish I remembered her name so I could personally thank her, but I have only ever had good experiences here!

I booked my appointment in advance so it was a short wait once I arrived at the clinic. The nurses were very warm and attentive.

Staff seemingly paid no attention to “save my spot” feature. Still waiting to have blood work taken 45 minutes after arriving when told.

Waiting outside in the summer heat and winter cold when physically challenged is difficult.An apparatus to aid hearing disabled would be a excellent addition. Parkgate Library has such a devise and especially now with mandated masks and social distancing.Personnel are very efficient and helpful processing patients.

Unorganized and disgusting. The wait was not an issue for me as I was a drop-in, but I was left in my booth for 20 minutes before a lab tech came to see me. There were old vials from the person before me, used gloves on the ground, and the woman that was taking my blood did not know what she was doing. My mother was sitting in the waiting room and watched as this woman came up to the front and explicitly asked one of the other employees what to do. She came back and proceeded to repeatedly poke me in the arm and slide the needle around, which caused me an immense amount of pain, then left for another 10 minutes until another tech came in. To tie my arm, she used an elastic from the floor and smacked my arm to find a vein, then stabbed me violently with my third needle of the day. I am not afraid of needles, I have never had any issues with needles or blood tests before, but this was absurd. Please go somewhere else.

The staff here have the personality of a rock. I thought it was just me and they were having an off day because how could people working in healthcare despise humans so much, but I heard them talk to everyone like trash and I asked locals about them and everyone who’d been there had a story about how rude they are, without me even prompting them.
