Overview:Large store, plenty of options and decent deals.Staff:Staff were helpful and present but not overbearing.Cleanliness/moderness:Well organized, had a good flow and logic to the way the store was laid out. Fairly modern.Would I go back?Yes, the deals aren’t as crazy as they are in the states but not bad for Canada.

Pretty self serve, whenever I need new shoes I go here. See shoes in my size try them on, check on the price and if everything lines up, I have new shoes. Minimal interaction with sales staff, which I like.

Received a pair of shoes for a gift, drove in from out of town to return them. Had the original receipt and were told that their system could only issue store credit as it would only process the return on the exact same card that was used to purchase them. Having worked retail and knowing people who work in retail, that is a complete lie and totally unacceptable customer service. Will never be returning to or recommending DSW to anyone. What a waste of time.

Went mainly for a walk around West Edminton Mall. Dropped into this shop. Plenty of shoe selection at OK prices. Had a few mens more formal shoes - Oxfords - which was good to see.

I’m tall, I got large feet, meaning I need size 12 usually. DSW discontinued their large sizes, now it stops at size 10. SOMETIMES (usually for the very ugly ones) size 11. Won’t be back, since I won’t fit in any of their shoe sizes. So….

This was a big store, a couple of staff which one associate was busy and helpful, this isn't your typical value pricing a lot of older stock with par pricing .we managed to buy something .

Had to return a pair of shoes . The sole ripped after one week if wearing it. My son was able to get an exchange, we had out receipt. Customer service was stellar. I have always loved that store when I lived in Chicago, Florida and now here. Thank you for doing the return.
