No job safety what so ever bad luggage handling union just took money from us if you need something from them you won’t get it that’s why they lost lots airlines in YVR bad management

Swissport staff Grace went above and beyond! May 29th when we arrived from Asia, she were meeting our flight and helping passengers with wheelchair. When we got to baggage area there were no poter service available, Grace help us all the way to where our family pick us up, without her help , it would be impossible for me to push two carts and my mom’s wheelchair, thank you so much Grace!
