Northern Physical Therapy

Some how Clair made this fun. Great sence of humor. To say nothing about her professional abilities. She knows what she is doing and her help made a big difference.

Very accommodating, knowledgeable and structured environment. Not only do they offer physical therapy but they also offer gym memberships.

I have been using Northern Physical Therapy in Clayton for at least 8 years for back pain, hip pain and eventual replacement, knee replacement, and pulled muscles from falling. I would strongly recommend both pre- and post-operative therapy. The physical therapists are wonderful, treating you with respect and making the exercises as enjoyable as they can when you are in pain. Each time, they are able to relieve my pain and get me moving again.

Again and again and again I show up to exercise and no one bothers to be here to open the place up. Very prompt to let you know when your membership needs to be renewed. Wish they had the same enthusiasm when it comes to opening on time or at all some days.

NPT was great before and after my hip replacement. In particular, Claire was compassionate, professional, and knowledgeable. I will be having a knee replacement this spring and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Had PT for an old ankle injury. The therapy room has plenty of variety for strengthening and targeted therapy, in addition to the opportunity to utilize the entire fitness center. Lots of equipment for weight training, stretching and cardio endurance opportunities within the fitness center. Nice view of the river while exercising.

Gym is well equipped. Staff is always friendly and the physical therapy crew is knowledgeable and pleasant. View of the river is icing on the cake.

I wish you could rate the therapist and the facility separately, my 14 year old daughter goes her for her back, her therapist she always has is great 10 out of 10 the therapist has been out sick once and I was called a few hours before apt to cancel the apt that was great, but I canceled my daughter's apt a total of 4 times you see my mom takes her in and she ended up in the hospital very very sick so could not get her there obviously, this was 2 times and I had explained that the 2nd time she might not get there because I did not know when my mom would be released they said no problem just call that day and let us know ok that's exactly what I did. And 2 times my daughters sick. Now I have a very rude toned message on my phone that we have canceled multiple times in the past months that we have been going there and to call back before 3:30 well I work until 5:00 so was unable to call back by 3:30 but found a min to at 4:30 someone else answered and said your daughter has no appointments here. So because I didn't call by 3:30 they canceled all her upcoming appointments and told me unless I pay 25 for each missed day WELL 2 of THEM because they let you slide on 2. She would not be able to go back. That's why the appointments were canceled, so if your sick you have to still go if you have covid still go or you will be CHARGED but it's ok for them to call a few hrs before apt time and cancel but god for bid we do not know 24 hrs in advance we are going to be sick. So I beleive they owe me 25.00 for not cancling 24hrs in advance when they needed to cancel. And the machines are not up to date one of them the whole time your on it is so noisy.

I'm recovering from knee surgery and Claire and Melissa have carefully challenged me to gain my strength back. I love their positive energy and expertise! Michelle at the front desk has been helpful as well!

Excellent gym facility, clean and equipment in top shape. I have been using this gym for many years. A beautiful view of the river and river traffic is a bonus.
