I want to write a review on behalf of my husband.He recently had surgery on his ankle and wanted to get his skates adjusted.He says the customer service was top notch and George was very helpful. A lot of things has changed since I dealt with Cyclone Taylor in Vancouver years ago - but one thing hasn't: Great service! I ordered a set of new steel runners and a pair of skate guards online after speaking with the staff on phone. Staff provided good info and they sharpened the runners before shipping. The shipping rate was reasonable and they shipped the goods fast. What else could you ask for!
