I took my grand daughter to the see Santa event this evening FROM 4-6 PM We arrived at 5.40 to find that we were out of luck as Santa apparently cant tell time and likes to cut out early ,I approached the Gate Keeper and he was in support of Santa cutting out early .Shame on the Management

Such an amazing experience from start to finish. When I first arrived at the lake I was warmly welcomed by the smiling office staff and was promptly let in. My kids were able to enjoy all of the amenities especially loving going on the paddle boards together. The day was ended perfectly with a delicious ice cream cone from concession also by super friendly staff being able to choose from a bunch of great different options that you don’t see anywhere else. All around a great experience. Love having this nice little getaway in the heart of the community. Excellent job :)

It's a great place to take the family for fun in the sun or just relax and cool off in the water. The concession area can accommodate a quick meal or snack all at reasonable prices. The staff is what makes this place so great, helpful and friendly.

Nice and quite place to visit with family and friends. Play park, tennis court, beach, boating and lots more.

The view in frozen winter is amazing.

We enrolled our kids into summer camp. They stated that there is no refund, which we missed. That is completely fine. The problem is that they keep a 'waiting list' going and charge another kid a full price on the same spot, which I'm having a huge problem with! Why keep a waiting list when there is no refund allowed? This is pure greed. They explained to me that the T shirt cost money and money already sent to the camp? To me, this is a money grabbing scheme. I lived in Arbour Lake for years and I love my community. Having a community association that has a bad business practice makes me angry.***Update, they claim they give out T shirt for every week of enrollment. We never receive a second T shirt.***

So~~~~ rude a guy talked on the phone this morning. He almost yelled at me. The phone line wasn't clear to hear so I asked couple times more, he lost patience and yelled. I did NOT pay the lake fee for poor service. Please training each staff properly. Very not happy with it. You need to fix it.

I learned to ride a bike here. the manger is cool and nice. to the people saying the water is cold its a lake not a pool with heating. also has a fun slid. I have not been there in a few years because i moved away but i am thankful for growing up here. ( hi Craig)

The soft sand beach is great, with lots of chairs and sand toys. Behind the beach, it's grassy and shady. There are so many boats to borrow to paddle around the lake.Bathrooms are clean. Staff is helpful. Snack bar prices are fair. It's a fun place!
