Worst pharmacy I've ever been too. No call when med's are ready for pick-up and then on top of that they ordered a extra refill of one of my prescriptions and because I left the store I couldn't return it, telling me some BS about store and government policy you ordered extra meds I don't need and I'm out that money now" they screw up and the customer pays. Your policy shouldn't matter if you guys messed up

This shoppers is close to home, and they sale the products i usually need for cheap.I went here yesterday for toilet paper and chapstick I had no problem.But today was a different experience, I was looking for skin care. I felt as if I was getting followed and security was following me everywhere I went. ( tall black guy he must be new because for a year I’ve been going there I’ve never seen him before until today)I confronted him quickly, and asked him why he was following me and he said your people tend to steal from here a lot an he laughed in my face, so I asked him if wanted to hold my hand while I shop around. A smart remark? Ofc I’m not going to let someone call me a thief and disrespect me. I left everything I was going to buy and left the shop.You’re a security guards need to respect loyal customers, I will not be returning to this location again. racist. disrespectful.I honestly hope this shop closes down because how bad the employees, security and the boss is.

They don't honor the flyer prices the cashier was rude and the security guard is a joke I'll never spend another dine in this location I'll walk to Osborne for much better service and they actually honor the flyer price

I did not like how rude the blonde female working in pharmacy was to me today. I will never come back to this pharmacy ever again. You need people that are kind and compassionate and caring working here, not some rude stuck up Karen. She was the rudest person I have ever experienced

This is not a place to spend your money. The owner here doesn't care about the mistakes their employees(more specifically a manager) make. Even when those mistakes cost someone extreme amounts of stress and anxiety, all while being in the limbo of $600 dollars for who knows how many days. Will only say sorry" and will not make sure employees are refreshed to ensure the same mistake doesn't happen again to someone else. Especially when I said that is the outcome desired. I do not want an apology

Any manager" who sends someone spending 100 dollars out the door is not at all doing his job. It's not like people are spending in there

Tried self checkout and it scanned twice so it made me pay double for it. Unfortunately i realized it after i went back home. Be careful if you're buying at this location

The miserable woman who answered the phone in the pharmacy yesterday around noon should probably find a new job. She clearly hates her current one.

I tried consulting with a pharmacist about finding a zinc product for children and she acted clueless to what zinc is. She made it seem like it was unheard of until I told her that I see online that there are such products out there and that I am aware that children 4-6 are allowed 5mg a day. She pulled out a multivitamin for children to say that there is no zinc listed as to prove something? I looked at another and see that there was zinc listed, in fact I ended finding one that has 3mg of zinc. In the end she says to me that she doesn't think that it would be helpful which actually goes to show she didn't want to be helpful. If you want customers to return maybe try not to belittle them in trying to make them feel stupid especially when a customer knows what they want.

The post office is as straightforward and quick as you would expect. Staff were quick but a little cold. That's okay, downtown can be a bummer some days. Please be kind downtown, even if it means holding the door open for someone who slammed it shut on you. Thats strength.
