BMW Richmond Hill Service

Worst service place. Someone from bmw should come and audit this service department. When i bought my car from yonge and steeles autohaus, i set my bmw driver profile to the nickname of my choice, Not my legal name. For a year and a half its been the nickname i picked and the one time i service my car at this service center, they changed my driver profile name to my legal name and tell me i have to pay to change it back. Lol are you kidding me?

Service Advisor Jamie To who was impatient when I consulted brake rotor resurfacing.When I asked him the price of rotors resurfacing, he gave me a quote but I didn’t hear clearly and I just questioned the amount of labour, he directly hanged up my phone!When I do brake pads replacement here, I said my brake rotors looks good and I prefer not to replace rotors. They didn’t provide me professional advice about rotors replacement necessity during brake pads replacement. I found the rotors surface were worn unevenly later and have to replace rotor separately then.

The best service department in the business. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, service is excellent. Clean beautiful facility. I switched from the Thornhill location to this one and I'm glad I did.

My car is X3.This shop charge me 50% more labour for front/rear brake pads and rotors replacement compared to other BMW dealers like BMW Markham.Richmond Hill Service charge me $1800 parts and $1300 labour for front/rear brake pads and rotors replacement.The labour cost here is 150 % of others.Further, my car did maintenance here for 4 years under warranty and they never replace my car’s brake fluid during 4 years.Not recommend to do maintenance here due to expensive labour and bad service.

All BMW certified services are expensive.  I would be surprised if I see different charges in a particular service center.  I picked Richmond Hill as I had no closer choice when my car broke down and insurance was no help, late in the afternoon.  However, all I received were pleasant surprises slowly rolled out.Over a period of ten days, Joanne, Jimmy and Sean heard my story, verified the extent of the damage and coordinated my car's salvage with BMW Autohaus Thornhill and BMW Canada.  They even tolerated my haggles, reciprocated and forwarded, all with steadfast patience.  In the end, service was performed with outstanding professionalism.True, it was still expensive for me.  However under the circumstances my wife and I survived an accident with bearable cost as opposed to a major pain; our homecoming child and visiting grandmother did not notice any downgrading of family life it otherwise would've brought us.We are grateful.  BMW Richmond Hill, you deserve high acclaim.  Thank you.

After they kept my bmw m4 and keep telling me they do not know whats the issue just saying we guess this is the problem which is this amount then call back we guess now we have to this again so took my car i saw the bumper is damaged when i told them they are saying my mechanic saying you damaged it , funny they didnt check the cameras even i asked .Even service manager didnt say anything. Not recommending them at all.If you like you car to be damaged call them asap.

Car tire punctured last Tuesday. Couldn't reach my regular BMW centre. Used this nearby service centre instead. Excellent service in tire acquisition, replacement and other general checks. Tommy the advisor was professional, efficient and helpful. 5-star!

Service Manager Joanne Lau is strongly committed to excellence in Customer Service. My X3 required an extensive repair - she worked with her team to ensure the vehicle was properly repaired and went the extra mile to ensure the repair worked and their were no further issues. Master Mechanic Alwin did excellent work and clearly explained both the issue and the solution.

If your maintenance advisor is Aj Ajwed, don't bother and don't waste your time. It is unfortunate that he is not patient or has the knowledge to explain the car issues and misleads the customers. I have 4 dashboard lights on and he told me to scan each light it will cost me almost $180 for each light, but he does not tell me 2 or 3 of the dashboard lights could be linked together and it maybe as simple as replacing a sensor. I learned this on YouTube after I left the dealership. I don't think they need my business after all. The Service manager ignored my voicemail and did not even attempt to return my call to see what the issue is about. I will never go back there again for business.
