It was my first time visiting this salon since recently moving to the Orillia area. I was nervous to change hairstylists, but wow! Frank was amazing.SO happy with my highlights, trim, hair treatment and style after. Highlights are perfectly coloured (not brassy- thank god!), and the finished product with a nice blow out and curls looks amazing.Not only is the service performed well, but Frank is very engaging, warm and welcoming.So happy to find a new and improved salon to visit! Thanks so much, Frank !

Totally dissatisfied. Showed him apicture and style was completelydifferent! I hate it. He didn't listenand now l have to live with it until itgrows out!

New to Orillia I phoned and talked with Frank. Positive experience, professional, friendly Frank did a pleasing job cutting, highlighting my hair. So happy to have him as my new hair specialist. I highly recommend him. He listens and takes his time, well mannered and the environment is calm. He even made me a green tea!!!
