I had originally gone in for an appraisal of my 2015 Ford Escape and ended up getting set up with a beautiful 2019 Toyota Tacoma TRD Sport. I recently purchased a truck from Lakehead. I couldn't be happier with the service I received from them. Specifically, Jarrid helped me find the truck I was looking for and worked with his team to help me fit in within my budget. He was professional throughout the entire purchasing process and was 100% transparent with everything. Even after purchase he followed up with me the next day to see how the truck was. I will definitely be returning in the future.

A great place to find your typical greasy used car salesmen. Bunch of one-uppers, they do their best to make you feel small and try to pressure you into buying something way above your budget or something you don't want or need. I was looking at a used truck. It had (bald offroad) tires on it that were gigantic compared to stock. The date of manufacture on the tires were the same as the year of the truck, so I calculated what the odometer should have read, and it was off by 60,000 kilometers. Not to mention, it had 13,000 engine idle hours that she tried to convince me was normal. That thing was a ticking time bomb, and they wanted an arm and a leg for it.

Best service around! We came from out of town to get our new truck and had Jordan.L from sale. Such friendly staff and went above and beyond to make sure our experience was fast and easy. Would 100% recommend going here !GREAT SERVICE!

Although I ultimately ended up choosing a different vehicle from what was available at the dealership, sales consultant Jarrid was great! He answered all my questions, matter-of-factly pointed out the variety of features between vehicles, and was enthusiastic without being pushy. Thumbs up!

Within 2 minutes of being there a salesman came out to speak with me, Jordan Larmand, I like that he listened to me and didn't try to push me into anything.
