Charity is incredible. She has been the only professional to help me. I went to see her for severe right leg and knee pain. The pain was at a point of barely being able to bend my knee and walk. She explained what was happening to my leg and why it was happening. After a few visits she was able to get me walking again. She also took the time to show me what I needed to do at home to keep me healthy.If you have any aches or pain, Charity can help relief the pain. She is incredible.

Charity is hands down the best in the business. I have been seeing her since 2014 and she has become an integral part of my health and well-being. As someone who boxes and crossfits, my body deals with a lot of wear and tear. I am constantly sore and sometimes injured. She fixes me right up every time and that is not an exaggeration. Wrist injuries, neck injuries causing migraines, hairline fracture in the ribs, damaged knuckles,.. Charity has helped me heal from all of my injuries. There were times in the beginning when I couldn't handle the pain associated with the deep tissue massage she does - and she accommodated me accordingly. Over time, though, I have become accustomed to it and now the treatment is seamless. However, the joy and rejuvenation that I experience after the treatment only gets better each time. I feel like a new person after I see her and attack my fitness goals with new vigour. In all honesty, you are wasting your money if you see anyone else. Charity is the real deal.

Charity is amazing! Was recommended to go to her by my partner and have never looked back. Charity provides alot of knowledge and a level of professionalism that is truly astonishing. I have never recieved a deep tissue massage as thorough and rejuvenating as I've had with her.
