What a fantastic store! I'm an artist and wanted to use spray paint on a piece. I had never used spray paint before. They were not just helpful, they were eager to help.AND... they have a pinball hall! The owners are apparently big pinball fans. Thank You!So many cool collectables. Very knowledgeable!

This place is the best. I went in for some more Angelus paint, and staff were super helpful, as usual. They've got every colour and additive you could need. It's my go-to.

This place is the worst.Cancelled my online orders twice.Even showed up in person after speaking with the person that handles online shipping and they said if I come in they would honour the price I purchased for online. Got there and was told no they can’t, yet they already took my money from the online purchase. Waste of time and service. Stay away

Really cool shop, if you're looking for spray can paint this is the place. Every color of the rainbow, shade and in-between available. This store was closer to Spadina Ave & Queen St W (behind the McDonald's) at one point. They also carry a wide variety of Funko POP figures, the had a cool Run DMC and a Pearl Jam figures collection as well. Staff here are helpful and friendly and part of the graffiti scene.

Best customer service out there. Just got back into the hobby and discovered their store last weekend. I’ll be a long term customer for the end results I’ve received with the employees at collective. Any issue was taken care of + better. Highly recommend this spot! Prices are a lot better then other places as well.
