Vision In White

This was the worst bridal shop I can imagine. They claim to be a boutique but they operate like a off the rack discount store (without the discount). We pulled all of our own dresses, helped the bride in and out of every dress, and the sales girl sat at the cash register. Go anywhere else, unless you know the dress you want and can save a lot of money by going there. Do not expect service.

Went in for my wedding dress. The service was incredible! They listened to exactly what I wanted and pulled the right style of dress. They were understanding of my budget and worked within it. The sales staff were knowledgeable and flexible. They were patient and super friendly. They ensured that they got my family's feedback on the dresses but my own as well and made sure they understood my reasoning behind the features I was requesting. I would HIGHLY recommend Vision in White! There are not enough words to describe how wonderful my experience was.

Went here for bridesmaid dresses with my group of ladies.I wouldn't recommend this store to ANYONE. It's dark, dingy, and feels like a dollar store.They have ONE size in ONE colour if each dress - which is either a 6 or a 16.2 large change rooms, horrible teenage sales" staff who helped us with nothing

Horrible experience here, booked a bridal appointment. Had to wait 20 minutes for a change room. Only 2 dresses I liked in my size. Was told to have the people that came with me should help me in and out of the gowns and the lady (store owner) was no where to be seen. Did not feel like a special customer" as you should when you are a bride. Ended up walking out after 30 minutes. Didn't have the bridal boutique feel

We went there looking for a prom dress for my daughter. The store was very basic and simple, but also very clean and well organized. The young lady who helped us was very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this store to friends. It was a very comfortable shopping experience.

It is a waste of time getting your girls together to go to this store.Made an 'appointment' which meant nothing. We walked in, nobody said anything to us. Nobody helped. After one of the girls had FOUR dresses in her hand and we looked lost for 5 minutes, THEN we got asked if we knew where the change rooms were.Once in the change rooms, nobody checked up on us. I had to ask if they had clips to hold the dresses together. The response was 'yeah, they're in the corner in the drawer'. That's about as much service as we got.Such a disappointing experience and just not worth the time to go.

Had a great experience at Vision in White. The staff were so kind and loving and were clearly invested in making sure that the dress I got for my wedding day was the dress I wanted. The experience at this store is more relaxed than other bridal stores which may not be for all brides. But for a bride who wants something lower pressure, with a staff who truly cares about their brides this is definitely the place to go!

When we arrived I spoke to a young girl at the counter. She didn't seem to know I had an appointment. I saw the sign about taking off my shoes and asked if everyone in my group had to (as no one else in the store seemed to have taken their shoes off). She shrugged and said I could if I wanted to. She asked if I wanted her to pull some things or if I wanted to do it myself. Then she showed me where the plus sized dresses were and walked away. I was not told I could use the dressing room and none of my party were offered seats or even acknowledged. I tried on a few dresses with the help of my maid of honour and my mum, I know that most dress stores have tips/rules for trying on dresses to avoid damaging them, but this wasn't explained to us and since we had no assistance I could easily have damaged or dirtied these dresses. I didn't, but I could have easily without knowing. No help was provided by the sales girl, other than she showed up at one point and asked if there was anything she could put away (my maid of honour had already done this if the employee was paying any attention instead of being on her phone). I had no assistance, guidance or advice from staff. At one point my mother asked the employee about alterations and she gave some vague information that they use someone externally. At no point did I feel like a valued customer.I was able to call another store that carries the line I wanted while I was in the store and asked if I could get an appointment that day, and your employee did not even try to make a sale or apologize at that point. The other store I visited was a complete 180 from my experience at Visions in White. I actually had help picking out options, trying on dresses and recommendations on how to alter the dress I chose to fit my figure. All in all, Visions in White's lack of customer service lost out on an almost 2,000$ sale.

Very disappointed by our bridesmaid dress shopping experience . The sales person did not help us at all and we were clipping and picking them out ourselves. We told her we wanted Dessy, she pointed us to the rack- but then turns out non Dessy dresses were there too and not ubtil the girls decided on one did she let them know it was not a dessy- it was faster for us to look up the dress on our phones. There’s also only 2 change rooms and nowhere to sit. Would not recommend going here and definetly not for a bride !

I won a $500 gift card to Vision in White at a wedding expo. I had never heard of the store before but was excited to go because of this great prize I had won.Upon going to the store I was a little turned off. It wasn't what I pictured a wedding dress boutique looking like. It looked more like a warehouse sale.When we walked in we were greeted by the Sales Representative. She welcomed us and asked if she could help. I told her I was just starting to look for a dress but I had won a $500 gift card to the store. She also informed us that there was a sample sale on. You could purchase a dress off the rack and pick a discount amount at random out of a hat.After looking for about 2 hours and trying on some dresses, I had found the one. I was very excited, went up to the counter and picked 40% off out of the hat, AMAZING!As the Sales Rep was ringing up the dress I handed her the gift card. She then told me that I couldn't use a gift card with the sale. This was surprising and something I wish she would have told me when I walked into the store and told her about the gift card. There were no terms or conditions written on the gift card that stated it couldn't be used with sales.After going back and forth they didn't let me use the gift card.I only went to this store because I won the gift card, I would have never gone without it because I had never heard of the store. Their gift card giveaway at The Wedding Expo did the trick, it got me into their store. But unfortunately, they left me with a very bad impression.I would not recommend Vision in White to anyone. It was very unpleasant dealing with them. Save yourself the trip and skip this store.
